Super rude Malay guy staff at 12:05 PM. I just showed him the receipt to collect food and was getting a fork and spoon. The receipt was temporarily placed to the side for a few seconds. He rudely said, 'This is not a rubbish bin,' and pointed at a receipt bin. If he's having a bad day or feels underpaid, maybe he could take it up with management and not customers. Rubbish.

I was shortchanged when buying the daily bowl here. If you look through the reviews, you can see that this outlet is problematic. There's no point emailing customer service. When I complained, and despite showing photos as proof, the customer service had the nerve to say the missing item was hidden behind the vegetables. Basically, they didn't believe me. She must have x-ray vision! As a regular customer, this is insulting. After another round of emails, in which I stated more examples of the lousy standard of their Great World outlet, their reply was the usual template: 'Sorry, we will look into it, thank you for your feedback, and here’s a complimentary daily bowl.' I will never buy from Stuffd again, anywhere. Not that they care anyway, judging from the customer service replies to my complaint. The Great World outlet has a self-ordering kiosk, but this led to the staff being slack and disregarding customers. Several reviews here already mentioned the staff’s poor attitude and shortchanged customers, but you can see the reply is just the standard, useless reply. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are better options in Great World like Saladstop, the food court, and many cafes and restaurants. Give this place a miss if you don’t wish to be taken for a ride.

This is seriously getting out of hand. Once again, I had a frustrating experience at Stuff'd Great World. The staff was extremely rude. I ordered extra chicken and two portions of rice, but there was barely any meat or rice in my bowl. I paid extra for the meat and still got hardly half a scoop. This isn’t the first time; I always have to remind them, and it feels like they intentionally skimp on the portions.
When I asked the staff (specifically the same lady as before) about the missing extra meat, she brushed it off with an attitude, just like the last time. It’s clear she didn’t care, and her dismissive tone was completely uncalled for.
