I like the food they offer. I bought Kebab Chicken. However, at this branch, one of the staff seemed upset, raising her eyebrows and making faces at me when I mentioned she had only put a little sauce. I pointed out that another staff member yesterday had put a decent amount. She then became agitated, and I couldn't help but respond in kind. That is not customer service. You can correct me if I'm wrong, but don't behave like that. Horrendous!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hugabo (under Stuffs D). I ordered the tomato chicken soup and it was downright horrible – the soup had a strong plastic smell and taste, the chicken tasted raw and undercooked, and the entire dish had an unnaturally dark and unappetizing color. Honestly, it was hard to even take more than a few sips.
To make things worse, the dining area was dirty when we sat down. We politely asked the staff at the counter to help clean the table, but shockingly, we were told to go to the stewarding area ourselves to get the cleaning cloth and detergent to wipe it! That’s completely unacceptable and absurd – why is the customer expected to do the cleaning in a dine-in establishment?
This level of hygiene, food quality, and customer service is appalling. Attaching photos of the staff and the awful food for reference. Definitely not coming back and won’t recommend to anyone.

I've been a regular client to this brunch spot for their daily bowls. But today, I am shocked and quite disappointed. I was shocked because when I ordered my usual daily bowl, the person preparing my vegetables gave me almost the same amount as those who ordered burritos. Isn't a daily bowl supposed to have more vegetables? I had to ask for more, and the next person was kind enough to give me some. So, when I got back to eating my bowl, I found a sticker in my mouth! This made me quite disappointed. How can this be happening? Where is the SOP?
