Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered the Chicken Daily Bowl with extra salmon, and it arrived without the chicken. How do you forget the main protein in a protein bowl? I only realized after I got home, and by then, there was nothing I could do. If I hadn’t added salmon, I would’ve been stuck with a sad, overpriced veggie bowl for over $10. I paid for chicken AND salmon, and I expect to get what I ordered. This is basic attention to detail, and clearly, Stuff'd doesn’t care about getting it right. For a place that specializes in roasted chicken, missing the main ingredient is a huge mistake. I expect better attention to orders and a refund for this mess-up.

I've been buying from Stuff'd for years and have always loved their tasty wraps and generous portions. However, my experience at the VivoCity branch today was very disappointing. The staff were extremely stingy with both the sauces and the portion sizes. The two wraps I ordered (chicken and ultimate) were much smaller and lighter than usual, each under 250g. On top of that, the chicken was bland and lacked flavor. I won't be returning to this branch again. If I'm at VivoCity, I'll definitely choose to eat elsewhere instead.

I used to always get my regular favourite - chicken kebab with extra chicken for dinner after the gym. After the 3-4 months of renovation, I was excited to return to my usual dinner spot, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The price went up by a dollar, and the portion dropped significantly! I wouldn't have minded a dollar increase as long as the portions remained the same, but the kebab became so small. Back then, when the kebab was wrapped in tin foil, they were much larger (as demarcated by the line I drew in the photo). The kebab also felt surprisingly much 'lighter,' and it felt odd. Hence, I went home to weigh it, and it was only 300 grams even after paying $2 for extra chicken meat (how could a scoop of extra chicken be so light?). Back then, it was always at least 350g-400g with the extra chicken. For once, I didn't feel full after eating Stuff'd's kebab for dinner. To make matters worse, the chicken is much drier now (see my photo). It used to be more moist with some crispy chicken bits that tasted like grilled chicken, as it should in a kebab. Now it tastes like dried shredded chicken with barely any flavour (one can tell from the photo). As a regular customer, I am honestly quite disappointed by the drop in standards coupled with the increase in price (@$8.30 for a not-filling, dry-tasting kebab). I was so looking forward to the reopening. I hope this is just an unlucky encounter and might give this outlet another chance. However, if the standards remain the same in my next purchase, that would probably be my last order from the store.

The food here is reliably delicious and healthy. I got the burrito bowl with all vegetable toppings, and five other items. The mashed potatoes were really good, paired with the sweet Thai sauce and vegetables. The chicken here always tastes great; it has a slightly smoky flavour and is tender and savoury. The food here is worth its price and portion too. I would recommend it, especially if you want a quick takeaway meal or snack.

Food & Taste: Ordered the daily bowl and felt that the portion size could have been bigger. The taste of the food was good. Tried the new mala chicken, but it didn’t really taste like chicken, to be honest. It's minced, but the texture felt more like plant-based minced meat. The salads and sauces were great.
Place: Located in the basement of VivoCity.
Service: Not bad. There were only two staff members at the kiosks, and yet they tried to serve as quickly as possible, not letting customers wait for too long.
Price: $12 for my mala chicken daily bowl + nachos.
Waiting Time: Reasonable. It wasn't very long, considering there was a queue after working hours.

The food is very fresh compared to other stores, and the staff are friendly and hardworking, especially Shaju and Aishah at Vivo City.
A friend commented that if only they could reach AVA standards, from preparation to packing for home consumption within a 4-hour timeline, it would be a superfood for fresh and healthy eating for all.
I still remember a customer holding his daughter's hand switching lanes to queue for Stuff'D after hearing me say this is a healthier and fresher choice for everyday consumption.
Everyone is busy working, and when it comes to a meal for the family, healthy food is a necessity for our bodies.

I bought their Nacho Chips. They came in a tray, topped with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce. It can get a bit messy, but was enjoyable as a light snack.
