I have been a frequent buyer of the chicken daily bowl for years, and today's purchase was so disappointing! The bowl used to be filled to the top, touching the plastic lid, and when I finished it, it made me full. However, the portion I got today was only half-filled. I got the chicken daily bowl with 3 types of veggies and 5 toppings, nothing more, nothing less – just the regular daily bowl. Each time the staff scooped the food, it felt like a sprinkle of ingredients topped off with a load of air. I finished everything in 15 minutes and didn't even feel full. I still had to pay the full price when I only received half of what I paid for? So ridiculous.

Disappointed. It used to be generous with the vegetables, but not anymore. This chicken kebab is not even 280g. I didn't want lettuce, so I asked for more cabbage, and only 4-5 strands were added. It's a sad situation. I also didn't want onion, but it was added anyway. So sad. This wrap has lost weight.

I don’t usually leave food reviews, but this one time calls for it. Prior to this, I've never had issues with the Stuff'd WWP outlet, despite the long queue or wait. However, today I discovered an extra ingredient in my food – a long strand of hair, visible among the pasta. It was an absolute horror to find when I was hungry. I think I might stay away from this "healthy" food store for a while.

What a fall from grace! Once upon a time, they used to sell fully packed daily bowls, but not anymore. This place has become such a waste of time and money. Never go here after 7 pm. They are not able to handle peak time loads. They quickly run out of toppings, and whatever is remaining, you'll get half a scoop or less. It used to be my favourite place for a daily bowl, but no more after repeated experiences of the same kind. When this happened the first few times, I ignored it. But it's a regular thing now. Whether you go there, pick up, or get it delivered, it's always half bowls. Even a mashed potato bowl ordered on the side is half-filled these days. I am never coming here again. This place is best avoided.
Perhaps Stuff'd management has taken this approach deliberately due to rising costs. Instead of coming up with innovative ideas like pay-per-topping or half bowls for half prices, they have chosen to maintain the price and reduce portions, effectively cheating their old-time customers. Even if they do come up with these kinds of ideas, they won't win back the trust of their customers. They will still continue to serve half scoops of everything. Such a disgrace!

The food is of good quality, but I do agree with some of the existing comments and reviews on this outlet. I ordered GrabFood, and what arrived was a half-filled bowl, compared to the fully stuffed bowls I receive from other outlets. It was disappointing.

Stuff'd has some really good burritos and kebabs for surprisingly good prices. I had their chicken burrito on one occasion and their satay chicken kebab on another, and both were really good. The sauces were never too spicy for me, and the vegetables felt fresh and juicy. The only complaint I would have is that the $1.50 can of soda was lukewarm, which is easily fixed if you just give me ice or put the drink in a fridge. Overall, very good burritos for a good price.

One of my favorite spots at Waterway Point! The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous. I also love the inspirational words on the packaging stickers – such a nice touch that makes every visit more enjoyable. Expect longer queues during peak hours.
