My experience at Subway SUCKS. The communication there is not good. Unacceptable. That's the reason why I don't want to eat there, because that place itself has a lack of communication. This applies to the rest of the branches in Singapore as well. Subway sucks.

After checking their stock, the male boss informed me, 'Sorry, Teriyaki Chicken is out of stock. Would you like to change to Bulgogi Chicken instead? The Korean flavour is very nice too.'
While preparing the sub halfway, I asked if this came with a drink and cookie. He replied, 'No, our Bulgogi Chicken is $7. This one needs an additional $3+ for a meal.'
If not for his recommendation to replace the Teriyaki Chicken with Bulgogi Chicken as an apology for their Friday's Special being out of stock, I would have chosen a different sub.
Now I paid $7 for just one sub, which wasn't my original selection. I could have gotten the Teriyaki Chicken Sub + 1 drink for only $6.90.
Overall, a bad experience at this Subway outlet.

I am a fan of Subway as it is my comfort food; a sub sandwich and hot coffee are my regular order. On a particular day, I opted for a tuna salad instead of a sandwich. I have to say the salad was miserable, with very few vegetables and some items mixed out in my order. The crew gave me jalapeños and pickles, which I had opted out of, and the olives were missing. It was replaced later when I returned for clarification. $9.10 for such quality and quantity are lacking in my opinion. As for service, I didn't experience the friendliness as mentioned.

Opening hours stated as 8am. I arrived at 8:37am and your staff told me she was "not ready". I was rushing to get to work by 9am, and she only served me at 8:45am. I would have left if there had been other options, but Citygate obviously has limited choices. Please look into adjusting your opening hours if you cannot cater to them.
