This was our first visit to the restaurant. The ambience was great, and we didn’t have to wait long for our order. Unfortunately, both main dishes were awful. My girlfriend ordered the wagyu noodles – both the soup and meat were terrible. It didn’t taste fresh, and the wagyu was undercooked. My fried chicken noodle mala wasn’t their best dish; it was just regular soy sauce mixed with la mian, though the fried chicken was quite edible. The dumplings served with chili oil and the fried prawn pancake were okay. I think my girlfriend enjoyed the pulut hitam dessert and beverages. We definitely won’t be returning here; it’s not value for money!

If you’re craving authentic Taiwanese flavors, this restaurant hits all the right notes. The menu boasts a solid lineup of classic dishes, but the real standout is the Wagyu Beef La Mian — a rich, savory broth paired with tender, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu and perfectly hand-pulled noodles. It’s a must-try, worth every slurp.
The food is consistently delicious, from the small bites to the hearty mains. Whether you’re after comforting beef noodles or crispy Taiwanese snacks, this place delivers with finesse. The ambience is cozy, service is prompt, and the experience? Undeniably satisfying.

It feels ironic that Taiwan culture is run by the popular Penang culture group, and it doesn't come across as authentic. That said, some of the dishes were actually quite good.
We enjoyed the beef noodles and the self-serve appetizers. The self-serve concept for appetizers was fun, with each plate priced at $1.90 or $2.90. The xiao long bao was decent, not amazing, probably because it's made with chicken instead of pork, as it's a halal establishment. Unfortunately, the jelly milk tea was a disappointment.
They are open 24 hours. If you are visiting during non-peak hours, we recommend grabbing the best seats overlooking the T2 arrival hall.

Great ambiance and excellent service! We dined in for breakfast and ordered the following:
A3 Wagyu Beef La Mian
Beef Brisket Omelette Rice
Spam Omelette Rice
Salt & Pepper Crispy Oysters
Century Egg with Minced Chicken Porridge
All the dishes were delicious and well-prepared, perhaps with the exception of the Spam Omelette Rice. I had expected the actual Spam (brand) to be used, but it didn't taste like it. Still, this is a solid spot overall and definitely worth revisiting at T2 Changi Airport!

Food: AMAZING. This is my second time dining here. I ordered the mala dry noodles, and they were seasoned pretty well. The chicken was great too. The steamed dim sum was very good, and my drink complemented my meal perfectly. It did not disappoint; please continue serving good food.
Service: Well, there was a point when I thought the time gap between receiving my drink and my meal was too long. But thankfully, the food is good.
Atmosphere: It can get pretty crowded, which is understandable. I must say the service crew seemed friendly : )

An unexpected cultural gem at Changi Airport’s Terminal 2! The Taiwan Culture showcase blends traditional artistry with delicious Taiwanese food, making it a must-visit stop before your flight.
Apart from the beautiful displays of lanterns, crafts, and cultural installations, the food options are a real highlight. We tried the Xiao Long Bao, which were juicy and flavorful, and the Mentai-ko Crab stick, a rich, creamy dish with a perfect umami kick. The Beef La Mian had springy noodles and tender beef slices, while the Beef Omelette Rice was hearty and comforting. The surprising favourite? The Prawn Paste Fishcake—crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant inside. Absolutely addictive!
Whether you’re in transit or sending someone off, take some time to explore this area. It’s like a mini trip to Taiwan without leaving the airport. A fantastic touch of culture and culinary delight—well done Changi Airport and Taiwan Tourism!
