Service was very late. We ordered our food at 7:15 pm and it only arrived at 8 pm. When we asked to take away our food, they still took their time to pack it. The staff didn't even apologize for the late service.

Located at a coffee shop. Hmm, the portion didn't match the price. The half chicken looked small, though. The coleslaw was little. Fries were okay. I think I went to their outlet in Bukit Timah. Portions were slightly better at that outlet compared to this one.

Skip this nasi lemak stall. The rice is not fragrant, the otah is super dry, and the chicken wing is not crispy. Very bad standard.

Understaffed during a Friday lunch. One person collecting all orders at once. Quite pricey for the amount of food. If taste matters more than an Instagram-worthy picture, I recommend trying another coffee shop with much lower prices.

+ Newly renovated halal coffeeshop. = Prices are higher than normal for a coffeeshop, though typical for Tenderbest, who has their own farm to supply their chickens. Prices start at $6.90 for basic pasta. Chicken wings are 2 for $3.80, which is not too bad. - No nearby sheltered MSCP. + Has a good range of stalls in the same coffeeshop including: Thai BBQ, Melaka Claypot, Nasi Ayam chicken rice, Indian Muslim, Noodles, HKM/CKT Hawkerman, Nasi Lemak, and Tenderbest Chicken.

Decent food. Not cheap, but it's in a location where food isn't readily available. It's a convenient place to eat.

Serves super nice nasi lemak. Delicious chilli and a well-marinated fried chicken drumstick. For the western dish, the chicken chop rice is made with yellow ginger, I assume? It has nice fragrant rice and a good black pepper sauce. The fried chicken skin is super crispy, but could have more flavour. Price is a bit expensive. The coffee shop has been renovated, making it a nice place to chat.

Always had great chicken wings at Tenderbest! They were always nice and crispy!

The place was clean and surrounded by trees, so it wasn't too hot sitting outside. The food presentation and taste were pretty good. It also wasn't that far from the polytechnic campus, only two bus stops away.

Had the crispy skin chicken and found it was not too bad. I've tried a few items from here over time and found them to be consistently good for the price of halal western food. Service could probably be a little more friendly, but it's one of the nicer hawker center environments around - clean and neat.
