First time commenting. I never thought I would waste a chicken like this. Ordered a FRESH FARM WHOLE CHICKEN from GrabFood. The chicken was salty and dry, with no taste. The burnt parts had more flavour than the meat, but it tasted bitter like dark chocolate. The meat was so dry, hard, and tasteless that even Matt Stonie would struggle to finish it. The portion of fries was small and also came soggy. Nothing about this meal was good. Overall, it was just over-fried, tasteless, hard chicken which is NOT FRESH (despite being called 'fresh farm chicken' from Tenderfresh). Please do not try this. It's the worst fried chicken I've ever had.

I love fried chicken, be it wings or spring chicken. I ordered a spring chicken for an early lunch today and gave a few instructions: more ketchup if possible, and to keep the box open to allow steam to escape, preventing the skin from losing its crispness. Upon arrival, the box was closed, as was the plastic bag. No need to guess what happened to the skin's crispness. I asked for ketchup but received chillies. I guess whoever was working today didn't bother to look at the instructions provided by the customer. Not much else to say or expect!

Not sure about others' experiences, but personally, I have never seen such a place that simply ignores feedback. Note, I didn't even ask for a refund or attempt to, I was just merely trying to give some improvement notes.

The portion size for the rice bowl is quite generous. For the sausage roll, I love how generous the topping is and that they use a good quality sausage. The price is also quite affordable. I will definitely come back and buy again.
