The chicken satay was slightly dry; I think I prefer the beef satay. Overall, the seasoning on the meat was on point, with plenty of turmeric and spices evident in the barbecued skewers. The rice cake was quite dense. However, the sauce was the highlight of the meal, being both spicy and savoury, perfect for enjoying with the rice cake and satay.

Nice chicken satay. Served on time. Although to be fair, it isn't a busy day.

After eating mostly Chinese-style satay, today I decided to try Malay-style satay. I ordered a mix of chicken, beef, mutton, and tripe (perut) – it was very nice. The tripe was flavorful and soft. Some of the mutton was a bit hard, but the rest was very good. The sauce was also very good.

The chicken satay is flavourful with a nice charred taste to it. Beef is ok and slightly tough.
