There was a lady with dyed hair and glasses who was rude and simply not interested. I ordered a few items, and she just told me the price individually. As a customer, I was expected to calculate it myself and PayNow her. This is my first encounter where the service staff asked me to count myself. However, there is definitely a 'makcik' who is always carrying a smile and greeting people, providing great service. Sadly, she is always doing the back-end jobs.

Every morning when I go to buy coffee, there is an old lady with glasses and short hair. She has a bad attitude and is very rude. I showed her the PayNow payment, but she didn't even look at it. It was also quite expensive unless you follow the proposed set, or you'll be in for a surprise at the price eventually.
The stall owner was also quite unfriendly.
The place is very packed, uncomfortable, and warm.
