The place is always super crowded, even when I eat during off-peak hours. I always find the air inside feels stuffy and oily. If I buy takeaway, by the time I reach home, the food isn't nice. I order via the self-service machine, but at the counter, I need to pay by NETS or PayNow.

Very disappointed with the 6 July promotion. As mentioned on social media, 2 free chickens would be given if 8 pieces of chicken were purchased. We bought 2 x 8 piece buckets and ended up not receiving even 1 free piece. I asked the manager about the promotion before ordering. This is so disappointing!

Today I was disappointed with my food. I dined in today, Monday, 22/9. I got a small surprise from Jollybee. I saw it after I finished my first chicken. It wasn't my hair because I wear a hijab (tudung). I wanted to complain to the cashier, but I saw they were busy. Come on lah, I paid for this?

I've been a fan of Jollibee and love their food. However, they sent me the wrong order of spicy chicken when I had ordered the normal version. Unfortunately, I cannot eat spicy food. I was quite disappointed as this has happened more than once.

I paid around $9 for each combo. For the portion size and taste, I'd say it was fair value The staff was friendly and efficient. My order was ready in under 5 minutes during a busy lunch hour, which was impressive. It was also clean and organized. Even when I went to return my tray, one of the staff members helped me. It’s a small gesture, but it showed how attentive and thoughtful they are. ☺️

Service was impressively fast! We visited on a Saturday at 2:00 PM and were pleasantly surprised – there was no waiting time at all. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable meal with our favorite Jollibee chicken. The food was delicious. The spicy chicken truly packs a punch, and the portion size is just right. The gravy is a must – its peppery flavor perfectly complements the crispy chicken. And the spaghetti? A nostalgic treat! It brought back childhood memories of enjoying simple yet comforting spaghetti.

This Jollibee is as good as any other Jollibee, so I don't have much to say about the food. The burger was nice, and they also have good hotdogs here. One issue today, however, was that the air conditioners in the outlet were leaking, which soured the atmosphere for me. Overall, it's a good place, but the tables aren't as clean as one might like.

Ordered online. The pancakes were fluffy. However, the egg was kinda dense and had a weird taste. The chicken frank was my favourite! The pancake burger was interesting, with two pancakes and an egg in between. That egg tasted nice!

Fast serving! Yes, we came here not during rush hour, but the service this time at 4:00 PM on Sunday was very fast! No waiting time for us. It was a peaceful day to enjoy our favorite Jollibee chicken. Good job! As usual, the food is nice. The spicy is 'real' spicy and the size of the chicken is reasonable.
