It was expensive, and the chicken cutlet was very thin with little meat and a pathetic amount of salted egg sauce. The cutlet was breaded with thick flour and served on a plate that was not flat and was slippery. While cutting the cutlet, as the plate had no grip, the whole cutlet flew off and dropped onto the floor. In the end, I only got fries and lettuce left. Also, despite ordering during a non-peak hour (4pm+) and with no queue, I still had to wait 10-15 minutes for the food.
