Every time I come to make a purchase, I tell myself to let it go, thinking that's just how older people might behave. However, this time I was so angry that I left immediately.
Customers come to your store and buy your food because they appreciate your dishes, not to be treated poorly. We are paying customers; we are not begging. If this staff member is unwilling to work properly, they should speak to the manager/owner.

This was my first and last time having Crave Nasi Lemak, just as most of my colleagues have commented. I bought this takeaway meal via the Fave eVoucher with almost a 50% discount. Otherwise, it would have cost $7.80 for the curry chicken nasi lemak. The packing looked presentable but wasn't able to cover the food properly when brought home. The rice is long grain, different from other nasi lemak sold elsewhere. It's not even a full bowl, looking rather pathetic for those with big appetites. The rest of the ingredients, including the drumstick, were nothing special. The chilli seemed salty. It's not worth it even at $5 and above for each à la carte menu item. Overall, try it once and forget it.

Not a very nice gesture. Very expensive. In comparison, I can get everything plus otah for $5.90 at Qiji, located just behind.
