The bee hoon was tasteless and very hard to chew. I wasted my time queuing and my hard-earned money for this kind of food. It's a one-man show. Lots of online orders were storming in, with the physical queue to handle. It's a Sunday, and maids are rushing to buy food. I'm so sorry to see what's happening to Crave now. I hope it will sustain.

At 9:30 PM, there were still chicken drumsticks, chicken wings, and fillets available. There were quite a lot of options. So I decided to order. I asked the cashier, “Can I order a packet?” He replied, “Can, but what is there is there,” and I heard his hand bang on the table. I was so pissed off. I decided to walk off. The attitude of the staff is really CMI (Cannot Make It). If I'm not mistaken, they close at 10 PM. Even if they didn't want to fry new orders, I would have been okay, as there were things on the tray that I wanted. But his approach was really CMI. They really need some customer service training.

Customer Feedback for Crave Nasi Lemak @ NEX I would like to express my utmost appreciation and admiration for the lady retail executive working at Crave Nasi Lemak (NEX) on 28 July 2025 at 9:15 am. She was the only person managing the entire store — from food preparation to cashiering — and did so with incredible professionalism, speed, and composure. Despite the busy morning preparations and having to handle everything on her own, she remained firm, focused, and impressively efficient, all while maintaining a warm and respectful demeanor. Her ability to multitask under pressure without compromising service quality is truly commendable. This was not my first visit, and each time I’m consistently impressed by how the team at this outlet always delivers quick, efficient, and thoughtful service, even in high-stress situations. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and it shows. On top of the excellent service, the food — as always — was delicious, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered the nasi lemak duo, and it hit all the right notes. Kudos to this hardworking staff member and the team at Crave NEX for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I ordered for delivery to my house. I must say it is really good. I loved the rice, the chicken, the ikan bilis, the nuts, the egg, the chilli, etc. The packaging made the food look appetising. It was clever of the company to partner with the best nasi lemak stall in Singapore, located at Adam Road Hawker Centre, to sell it in such a modern and creative way. Great branding.
