Waited 30 minutes for my food. The food only came after asking the staff about it. The ice cream looked nothing like the picture, which seemed to show hand-scooped ice cream. Instead, they served cheap Magnolia ice cream that tasted like plastic. I will never come here again.

Ordered a medium ribeye steak, but it was served well-done. The staff kindly arranged for a replacement, but it also came well-done. The coleslaw tasted terrible as well. The kitchen cooks definitely need training. This was my first time here, and I'm disappointed.

There seems to be an issue with the beef. I ordered three plates of ribeye cooked to medium doneness. The texture was off, and there was no char on the surface. It tasted like meat that was slightly older or had been thawed and refrozen multiple times. Some parts had a gelatinous texture. Please look into this matter. This feedback comes from a regular customer.

I ordered a BYOD with beef cubes, and they seemed cooked on the outside but were completely raw inside. This was the case for 3 out of 5 of the beef cubes I received, while the other 2 were medium rare. Furthermore, although we ordered drinks, they were not served with the meal until I asked for them. I had a hard time getting the waiters' attention, and they didn't seem to notice people raising their hands for assistance, not just me but several other individuals. They finally came after 10 minutes but didn't return with our drinks. Hence, only after 20 minutes did one waiter finally bring us our beverages. In addition, it wasn't that crowded at the time. Other than that, the food was good, and I wish the staff could be more aware of customers trying to get their attention.

The Student Meal Cheese Bake Rice was very worth it and superb. The baked rice was very cheesy. I added Grilled Chicken for about $1-$2 extra, but it was worth it compared to the free basic options like sausage. The Student Meal also comes with complimentary drinks (I chose Ice Lemon Tea) and Soup of the Day (corn soup); everything was very nice. I came here because a long time ago I went to Eighteen Chefs at The Star Vista, but it eventually closed down. Suddenly craving Eighteen Chefs, I found out it had reopened and relocated, but still at The Star Vista.

Eighteen Chefs at The Star Vista now offers a late-night supper menu (Thurs–Sat, 9pm–2am) with hearty, flavour-packed dishes like Fried Goreng with Satay & Drumettes, creamy Mac & Cheese with Crispy Chicken, and Egg Toast Prata with Curry. Great comfort food for night owls—worth staying up for!

The customer service here is impeccable, especially the manager. I came here slightly before lunch. At the table next to us, an elderly man mentioned he couldn't drink the free-flow iced tea as it was too sweet. The manager actually made a special cup that was less sweet for him – wow! The entire restaurant was full later during lunchtime, but the three ground staff really worked hard and managed the restaurant well.

Pretty good Western food. Came for dinner, and the place was quite full during dinner time. We had Prawn Aglio Olio, Shakshouka, and Fish and Chips. The food was tasty and nice, with fresh ingredients. Food arrived quickly and was served hot. Portions were decent. Condiments were self-service. Staff were friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. The price is quite affordable, with GST included and no service charge.

Great western cuisine with a range of good quality foods to choose from. Everything seemed reasonably priced, and it specially caters to students through their available student discounts. I got the truffle chicken cheese baked rice, which was very tasty and had a great truffle taste. It was very moist with the cream sauce and a thick layer of cheese on top. The chicken came in big, generous chunks, paired perfectly with the soft sliced mushrooms. The other cheese baked rice I got was the one you can create yourself and have as a student meal, including soup and a drink. It was made with cream tomato sauce, salmon, and chicken sausage. Not bad, but not the best-tasting combination. I would recommend the cream sauce; it never goes wrong. Everything was served quite quickly and was worth the money.
