There seems to be an issue with the beef. I ordered three plates of ribeye cooked to medium doneness. The texture was off, and there was no char on the surface. It tasted like meat that was slightly older or had been thawed and refrozen multiple times. Some parts had a gelatinous texture. Please look into this matter. This feedback comes from a regular customer.

The place offers pretty affordable Western food, but the quality and pricing seem to cater more to teenagers. I had the cheese chicken baked rice, which was overwhelmingly cheesy, making it difficult to taste the other components. The free-flow ice lemon tea (with an additional charge) was nice, though rather sweet, so it's really one for the younger crowd.

The portion sizes are very small for the price. The $7 truffle fries were a meager portion, barely salted, and the truffle flavor was undetectable. It wasn't truffle mayo but rather a drizzle of truffle oil. The dish remained nearly tasteless even after being sent back to have more truffle seasoning added. The "sautéed" vegetables were served cold. Both the vegetables and onion rings tasted like discount frozen quality. The only redeeming qualities were that the chicken was moist in both dishes, and the crispy chicken was indeed crunchy.

2H 2025: 3/5. Hardly anything to complain about—exactly what you’d expect from a casual, family-friendly joint. I had the carbonara set meal lunch at $10.90, which came with a pre-made mushroom soup and an artificially sweetened iced lemon tea. The “carbonara” leaned towards the very creamy, watery kind, but at least it was seasoned enough. Overall, it made for an overwhelmingly creamy meal once paired with the soup. I’d only purchase this again if feeling very casual; it isn’t one I’d proactively return to.

The customer service here is impeccable, especially the manager. I came here slightly before lunch. At the table next to us, an elderly man mentioned he couldn't drink the free-flow iced tea as it was too sweet. The manager actually made a special cup that was less sweet for him – wow! The entire restaurant was full later during lunchtime, but the three ground staff really worked hard and managed the restaurant well.

Pretty good Western food. Came for dinner, and the place was quite full during dinner time. We had Prawn Aglio Olio, Shakshouka, and Fish and Chips. The food was tasty and nice, with fresh ingredients. Food arrived quickly and was served hot. Portions were decent. Condiments were self-service. Staff were friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. The price is quite affordable, with GST included and no service charge.

The food is very nice, and both the service crew and managers are very friendly and pleasant. The food also arrived very quickly. They have student meals, which makes it very affordable for me :D

We went there to celebrate my mum's birthday. The prices are reasonable, and it's great to pay extra for the free-flow ice lemon tea. The staff were friendly and cheerful, even singing a birthday song along with us.
