Extremely poor service at the Seletar Mall outlet on 5 Aug 2025 at 17:40. I placed a takeaway order for Beef Ramen and Fried Dumplings with a staff member, but she incorrectly entered 'Ramen Dumpling' instead. When I returned at 17:45 to clarify, she blamed me for the error and responded rudely, saying I should 'order properly next time.' Her attitude throughout was unprofessional. She interrupted, showed negative body language, and dismissed my questions about pricing. I was short-changed $1.30; when I pointed this out, she tossed a $1 coin on the counter without speaking, which felt disrespectful. Additionally, she called her colleague 'stupid' during my initial order, further reflecting poor conduct. This experience left me upset and concerned about customer treatment at your establishment. I hope this matter will be investigated and appropriate steps taken to improve staff behavior and customer service.

The food was honestly really good, but the service was disappointing. The lady at the counter had a really bad attitude. We were already standing right in front of her, but she just kept playing with her phone. When we asked her a question, she sounded super impatient and annoyed. It really ruined the whole experience. With service like that, I honestly wouldn’t want to come back.

The beef porridge was tasty, but unfortunately it was served cold. It's supposed to be a hot stone porridge. I requested a reheat from one service staff member and was initially rejected. Eventually, I approached the kitchen staff, and he kindly acceded to my request. The Saba chicken was okay and served hot on a hotplate. The rice cake was very spicy.

Offers affordable Korean and Japanese food in a restaurant setting. You order at the cashier before finding a seat, as there's no hosting service.
I had the kimchi dumpling ramen, the mix saba and karaage bento, and a plate of teriyaki chicken. The ramen came with an egg and three dumplings. The taste was quite decent, slightly spicy, so not too bad. The teriyaki chicken was nice. The bento set was also okay. The saba tasted good, but the karaage was subpar.
Overall, it's an acceptable place for a quick meal. Don't expect any service. You collect your food after your order number appears on their LED display.

Decided to try this new Korean place that opened at Seletar Mall. The prawn porridge was so flavorful, we had to eat it two days in a row! The kimchi pancake and gyoza weren’t spectacular, but the Ginseng chicken was pretty good and affordable. Absolutely loved the tea!

The place was quite empty during our visit, with only about four patrons dining. The beef was sizzling and tasty, though a tad salty. The accompanying kimchi was terrible, but the dry fish condiment and the salmon were fine. Service was okay, and the place was clean and bright.

Surprisingly, the service was quick. The food was ready in 5 minutes. The taste was okay. The soup was tongue-burning because it was still boiling and very hot when it arrived. I turned the stove off to eat, though. The beef was good and suitable for kids, but the plate was hot. The bento was also a good choice for kids.

Self service. So gave just 3 stars. Nontheless. The food was really good la. I had ginseng chicken
Self-service, so I've only given 3 stars. Nonetheless, the food was really good! I had the ginseng chicken soup; it was a huge piece of chicken leg and the soup was thick and delicious. I'm definitely coming back. My wife ordered some beef dish. We shared the kimchi dumpling soup, which was not bad either. Honestly, if you're here, it's worth a shot.
