First time here and I was unsure of where to order. Instead of helping or approaching me, the staff didn't even bother to direct me where to stand to order. I didn't receive my order correctly either. When I went back to ask, the staff was quite argumentative until I showed him my receipt. Food-wise, it was a pathetic serving of only a few pieces (4 pcs) of meat. Might as well eat at the usual Pepper Lunch. It's a good makan place to eat, but please think twice if you want to eat here.

$8.90 for 4 small pieces of beef. The plating of the food is horrendous. The taste is just alright. The beef is soft, but this dish is called pepper beef rice, yet there's no taste of pepper.

Bought the duo pepper rice, which was supposed to have salmon and beef. However, both the beef and salmon portions were disgustingly little. I paid $10.90 for it.

If you are unhappy and stern, and unable to hide it, F&B is not for you. I don't expect to be treated like a king, but I was hoping to enjoy my food after ordering it. I will never be back. Good luck.

Taste-wise, it's on par with Pepper Lunch. Delicious. However, as others have mentioned, the portion is on the stingy side. I received only four small, thin pieces of beef. I always find myself wanting more.

Well seasoned, and not too strong! The stall is a concept under Tenderbest, not Pepper Lunch, but still serves good sizzling beef and chicken plates for only $10.90. Worth it, and the portions are good! Good customer service. Located at the all-halal food court beside Northpoint, within walking distance from Yishun Bus Interchange.
