This outlet was a takeaway-only setup. I purchased a Kenangan Latte via their self-serve kiosk, which was the only option. It was advertised on the home page as $4.90, but it tried to charge me $6 by default when I tapped in. I had to navigate quite a bit to figure out which version of the drink cost $4.90. I opted for 'Less' sweet, but the end result was still too sweet (I could tell by the lingering aftertaste halfway into consumption). There were no explanations on the kiosk menu regarding what the fancy words for the options meant. Overall, the service experience was below average. 13 Aug '24, 3pm++

Came here on their opening day and a few times after with my friends.
Service was a little slow, even though there were quite a few staff on the ground. Waited around 20 minutes for my order with 6 orders ahead of me.
☕️ ($5.80)
The pricing of the coffee varies when you toggle the options for iced/hot, milk, type of beans, and size. I got the hot one, and my friends got the iced version.
Surprisingly, the hot and iced versions tasted quite different. The hot one tasted rather smooth and milky, whereas the iced version was rounder and creamier. The choice of milk they used goes very well with the coffee.
Though it was rather sweet for my preference, and the prices are quite steep considering the volume-to-taste ratio, it was a nice post-lunch treat for sure. The coffee strength is rather mild, but still has a good flavour.
I rate: 3.5/5

Service was really poor. A Caucasian lady was asking for help on how to order via the machine and whether her order was ready thereafter, but the barista shrugged her off each time, claiming he was busy and had several online orders to deal with. The coffee was average anyway, and the seating area is also small.

Consistently slow from past experiences. I ordered my drink via the app when I reached Orchard station and even went to Pop Mart. When I reached the store, my drink wasn't even ready for pick up! I went to the pick-up area and saw it wasn't there yet, so I sat down. However, the store was empty and the staff were just standing there, so I decided to go over again. Turns out my drink was ready, but the staff forgot about it! The drink was just sitting there. The staff finally put a lid on my cup and just placed it there without saying anything! My drink was sitting there without a lid for at least 15 minutes! It wasn't cold!

One of the best coffees in Indonesia, but the taste is quite different compared to the Singapore shop. The Indonesian coffee is much smoother with a stronger flavour. The Singaporean version lacks much coffee taste and is expensive for a medium-sized cup. While the price cannot compare to Indonesia's, if the Singapore retail shop is selling at a premium, at least the coffee should be the same or even better than the one originally sold in Indonesia.
