Worst coffee I've ever had in Tampines. The service is also bad. They didn't even want to discuss my coffee, just kept saying 'it is how it is'. The ambiance is poor too, with hard benches and stools. They charge $5 for a coffee – for what? I'm never patronizing this place again.

Super cramped dining area. Staff doesn't seem to have any customer service skills. No one bothered to even have the courtesy to acknowledge me while I was standing in front of the counter to add an item, and they all definitely saw me. I cleared the tables for them after dining by passing back the tray. The barista just gave me a nasty look without even saying thank you. Loved the rose coffee, but maybe the Tampines outlet staff need to go for CS training. Goodness. No wonder the reviews were so bad.

The place offers a range of flavors with famous Indonesian coffee blends. My recent visits here made me wait for 20-30 minutes to get one coffee. I could see the disappointment of other customers as well. Though I like their muffins somewhat, I might rethink going given the waiting time.

The staff didn't bother greeting or smiling. I waited for staff to acknowledge me, and when I approached one of them, she gave the biggest attitude with a "yes." It seemed like she was unhappy and unwilling to serve, lol. While I understand it's a busy morning, this shouldn't be the way one serves customers.

I like this place; my office colleagues mostly order our coffee from here. However, they often get the order wrong. We order hot drinks but end up getting cold ones, and this isn't the first time but has happened many times. The label says 'Hot' but the drink is cold? Identity crisis?

After reading many reviews about the long waiting time for coffee, I was a bit apprehensive. I arrived at 7:30 am, right at opening time, but the cafe wasn't quite ready. Luckily, a staff member saw me and kindly opened the door. I placed my order, and my coffee was ready in about five minutes. The coffee and pie tasted great, and I appreciated that the pie was packed in a paper bag, allowing me to heat it up at my office.

Ordered a few coffees, they tasted great. The iced americano is good too, not bitter. The cheesecake was delicious. I accidentally chose the hot version for my vanilla latte and went to the counter to ask if I could get it iced. The staff member (a lady with a pixie cut) kindly offered to make a new one. Thank you!

Every store opening needs about six months to nurture the right staff and operational processes. This is a good location with good feng shui. It's nice to have some music playing… 🎶 Indonesian pop music. I've tried their mocha ☕️ at T2. Great! Enjoyed my mocha ☕️… during heavy rains. This was my second visit here. January 2025… raining 🌧️. The right mood to drink coffee ☕️. April 2025… sunny. A good mood to sit and enjoy coffee with your woman 👩❤️👨. Deep thoughts. July 2025. Semi-retirement. Relax your mind.
