This was my first visit to Kenangan, and I was excited to try their new Royale Pistachio Drink! The unique flavor combination drew me in, and I opted for the 'Less Sugar' option. Unfortunately, the drink still felt overwhelmingly sweet, almost like a diabetic shock! While I appreciated the creativity of the pistachio flavor, it was hard to fully enjoy with the cloying sweetness.
I'm hoping Kenangan will take this feedback to heart and revisit their sugar levels. A more balanced flavor profile would elevate this drink to a whole new level.
That being said, I do appreciate Kenangan's efforts to innovate and try new flavors.

I really enjoy the coffee here, but I’ve noticed that the service needs significant improvement and an overhaul. I usually order takeout, but every time, I’m left without a bag, straw, or napkin, which is quite frustrating. On my last visit, when I asked for a bag, the staff member Aqilah seemed irritated and gave it to me reluctantly. I even saw her complaining to her male colleagues, and they just smiled sarcastically. While the coffee is great, if the service doesn’t improve, I’m afraid customers like myself won’t be coming back. I hope this feedback reaches the franchise owner – excellent coffee deserves better service.

The seating area was a little stuffy and warm. This was my third attempt at their coffees, and they were overly sweet (the creamy ones tasted like iced kopi c) even after I requested less sugar. Regarding service, I was given an extra pastry. When I informed the staff I hadn't ordered it, she insisted the order was correct. While I was double-checking my receipt, the staff realized she was mistaken and simply took the pastry away without a word before continuing her work. The least she could have done was admit her mistake.

The yuzu drink was refreshing, and the lattes were some of the best I've ever had, with a nicely done right balance of flavour. The banana muffin was a bit on the sweet side. Looking forward to trying out other drinks from this outlet.

5 stars to the girl at the counter with cute sticker patches on her face. She helped me retrieve a pin/badge I lost that dropped into the cracks of the seat while I was eating. It means a lot to me. You really saved a girl's life, you have no idea. As feedback, those cracks should be closed to prevent these things from happening (not sure what their function is besides collecting dust or random strangers' items). Thank goodness your staff was kind enough.

Ordered an iced creamy latte. I was a little apprehensive when I saw the caramel colour, but thankfully the coffee taste came through. Indeed, the drink has a strong creamy taste and texture, reminding me of a diluted milkshake! It will appeal to those who like milky beverages, though this is a bit too much for me. The menu says it's unsweetened, but I still detected a mild sweetness, possibly from the milk. I'll be going for a black coffee next time. The tables were generally clean during my weekday visit. The space is small, so I can imagine it can get a little cramped when the place is full.
