The staff member named Dian is the definition of rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Every time I pick up my orders, instead of doing her job with basic courtesy, she just points with her finger or waves her hand like I’m beneath her, all while serving me her nasty attitude face. Absolutely zero respect or customer service. Management, are you seriously ignoring all the feedback here, or do you just not care about your reputation? If this is the standard you allow, don’t be surprised when people stop coming altogether.

Seriously, this was the worst place ever. I was the only one in the store with only one order ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes and, being in a hurry, I asked how much longer it would take. Mind you, there was only one order in front of me (and I saw the receipt was for a single item), and she told me it would take another 15 minutes. I saw how slowly she was moving, so I was sure she just didn't care. I said that was too long, as I had already waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. She told me there was no choice. I said then please cancel the order, and she told me she would do it in 15 minutes... Clearly, she doesn't care about the needs of the customer right in front of her. I would have understood if she had taken the time to explain it properly, but she was rude every single step of the way.

The drinks were fine, but the service from staff member Dian really left a bad impression. The barista was unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. A smile or a bit of courtesy goes a long way—I hope this can be improved.

Disappointing Morning Experience at the Pastry Counter (6/8)
I visited the pastry section this morning (6/8) to grab a quick breakfast based on what was available. When I tried to place my order at the counter, the staff on duty abruptly told me—twice and without any eye contact—to order at the kiosk instead.
Following her instructions, I placed an order for two chicken pies at the kiosk. After waiting for quite some time, she asked for my order number. I mentioned that it should be in the system, but she replied that there were too many orders and she couldn’t tell which one was mine. This was frustrating, especially since the counter was not busy and I was the only one there initially. She insisted she had many orders (probably delivery orders, I guess).
Eventually, I handed her my receipt, and she came back to tell me there was no chicken pie available. This could have been avoided entirely if I had been allowed to order at the counter, based on the actual items in stock.
She simply said, “That’s the system.” Unfortunately, the system failed this morning—no stock check, poor communication, and a lack of flexibility that turned a simple grab-and-go into an unpleasant experience. By the time I left, a queue had formed behind me due to the inefficiency.
A more customer-focused approach and a bit of common sense could have gone a long way in improving the experience.
Two days ago, I was impressed by a staff member who was flexible and provided great customer service, which brought me back today. I was disappointed by today's experience!
