Kenangan Coffee represents Indonesia's most successful coffee chain expansion into Singapore, bringing authentic Indonesian coffee culture and flavors to local shores with halal certification and a mission to spread passion for Indonesian coffee beyond Southeast Asia's borders. Originally known as Kopi Kenangan, this rapidly growing grab-and-go coffee chain has achieved remarkable success with over 850 stores across Southeast Asia and holds the distinction of being the first "Kopi Susu Kekinian" to obtain Halal Certification from Majelis Ulama Indonesia.

The coffee chain's signature offering, the Kenangan Latte, features their Creamy Latte blended with black aren (similar to gula melaka) that provides a more pronounced caramel-molasses flavor with a low glycemic index, showcasing Indonesia's rich sugar heritage. Their unique Ice Avocado Coffee combines avocado and milk with espresso to create a creamy, earthy drink with thick and silky consistency that represents innovative Indonesian coffee culture adaptations for modern palates.

With strategic Singapore locations at Raffles City Shopping Centre, Tampines Mall, VivoCity, and Compass One since their 2023 arrival, Kenangan Coffee sources premium beans from Indonesia's finest coffee regions including the lush hills of Dampit, Java, and the vibrant fields of Sidikalang, Sumatra. Their halal-certified operations and commitment to authentic Indonesian coffee traditions have successfully introduced Singaporeans to the sophisticated coffee culture of their neighboring country, bridging cultural connections through shared appreciation for quality coffee craftsmanship.

This one star is for the "no service" provided. Three staff members were chatting, and two saw me waiting at the cashier counter, expecting them to take my order. There was not a single acknowledgement or display of care. Only when I called them did one decide to serve me after I had been standing there for some time. No apologies or a friendly smile were given. I decided not to proceed with the ordering and left.

Had a large iced passion fruit tea for $5.50. The taste was okay but nothing special, a bit too sweet despite ordering less sweet. To be fair, it's a coffee chain, so the coffee might be better! Anyway, they have plugs at most tables, so if you need a place to charge your phone in peace, it's a good spot.

The management should seriously look into training their staff better, as this is a service industry. We don't need staff who are sour-faced, unhelpful, or non-verbal towards customers, while being very engaging and laughing among themselves. Furthermore, this outlet is located in a prime location. The coffee and muffin are great, to my liking. Only the service needs tremendous improvement.

Visited this outlet on Sunday, 3rd August at 12:15pm. The place was not crowded and the vibe was good. The coffee was also good. However, all these positives were negated by the staff's service level, or more accurately, the complete lack thereof. The staff were unhelpful and had a very bad service attitude, lacking even basic manners. I would have given it one star, but the coffee was good, so giving credit where it's due, I gave it two stars. Nevertheless, I won't be visiting this outlet again. I hope the management can train their staff properly.

I've seen this coffee chain at several locations and was excited to finally try it. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude was disappointing. I approached the counter to place my order because I wanted to use my eCapitaVoucher. However, when I told the male staff my order, he told me to just order at the kiosk. If a customer is already at the counter and the store isn't busy, shouldn't you just take the order? I honestly don't understand why that was an issue. I explained to him that I needed to order at the counter because I was using an eCapitaVoucher. Since it was my first time ordering at Kenangan Coffee, I wasn't familiar with the menu, so I just said I wanted the All-Day Combo Set. The same male staff responded very quickly, and I couldn't catch what he said. Then, a Malay female staff member came over and asked for my order again, so I repeated it. She mentioned there's an All-Day Breakfast Set and a Bread Set or something like that. When I asked her what the difference was, I was shocked by her attitude. She just said, "Depends on what you order la," with a look that made me feel like she thought I was unintelligent. I was honestly taken aback by this kind of service. I'll never visit Kenangan Coffee again. Also, to be honest, the coffee and pain au chocolat were just fine—nothing special. Definitely not worth putting up with that kind of attitude for.

Bright and clean coffee area in the middle of B1, outside M&S, Eu Yan Sen, and the florist. It's difficult to get seats during peak hours. Tried the hot Kenangan coffee today. Only sweet and less sweet options were available. Price range: Small $4.90, Regular $5.50, Large $6. The small size is a really small cup. It wasn't crowded, so I had the chance to speak to the barista. I understand that unsweetened Kenangan coffee is not possible. My first try of a less sweet Kenangan coffee was smooth and good. I will come back for more. Witnessed a gem by the barista who walked from behind the counter and served a coffee to a customer carrying a baby. Impressive! Ordering is via kiosk. Enter your mobile number for the pick-up system.

I think their coffee is much better than Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. Of course, it’s more than double the price here, so you get what you pay for. Their mobile app is glitchy and mobile orders don’t really work. Service is extremely slow. These are teething issues that every new business faces, so I won’t be so quick to judge and hopefully these will be sorted out in the coming months. But I love their concept and their drink selection. While service might be slow, they always get my order right, and I love their Kenangan latte (less sweet with oat milk), which is so much better than Starbucks and CBTL, in my opinion. Keep it up and keep on creating memories! Hope to see more outlets soon. -edit- Tried their Avocado (alpukat) coffee and their new cold brew item. Sadly, they were not up to standard. I will stick to the signature Kenangan latte when I come.

Tried Kenangan Coffee for the first time because their new pistachio flavour caught my attention. It was okay—not mind-blowing, but also nothing to complain about. The pistachio flavour was present but not super strong. Price-wise, it’s comparable to Starbucks, so if you’re curious, it’s worth a try.

Kenangan Coffee at Raffles City offers a pleasant escape with its inviting modern ambiance and the rich aroma of fresh coffee. Their expertly crafted signature Kenangan Latte and the well-received Salted Caramel Macchiato highlight the quality of their brews. The menu also features intriguing local-inspired options. Despite its location in a busy mall, the service is friendly and efficient. With reasonable prices for the quality offered, Kenangan Coffee is a worthwhile stop for a satisfying coffee break while at Raffles City.
