Where is my red velvet?

Saw the signage stating 'Any 6 for $12'. I asked the crew, a lady, if it was indeed any 6 for $12. She said yes. After I chose 6 items and went to pay, the cashier told me the total was $18.30. I asked why it wasn't $12 as mentioned and shown on the signage. The male cashier said it was only for selected timings. He then keyed it into the POS as 'buy 5 free 1'. I mean, what the heck?! You put up the signage and I even clarified with the female crew. Scam! Never visiting again.

I would like to complain about Krispy Kreme at Hillion Mall. Why is it cashless? I really don't understand. What about students who want to buy? They can't even use their student pass. Students don't have cards. So how are they going to buy? Just stare at the donuts? This is quite stupid. Might as well I don't give cash to my kids. So far, Krispy Kreme is the only place that's gone cashless. And the cashier didn't even know how to answer when I asked her. This is not the way to speak to a customer. Please do something about this. Thank you.
Berry Treats
Excessively sweet, and I was aghast to see a thick coating of sugar when taken out from the paper bag, unlike those on display. The texture was not the softest and definitely not worth the premium price. Once and only. Never again.

Krispy Kreme donuts are good as always, but what I can't understand is the reason behind the straight faces of the staff and why the 6+1 offer is not applicable on original glazed. Why this discrimination for original glazed lovers? It finally seems absurd that if you order 6 donuts, you will get a nice box packing, but for orders up to 5 donuts, they are individually packed in paper. I'm not sure if the cost of one box is more than the cost of five paper wraps, but any order above 2 should have a relevantly sized box for packing. That would be more customer-centric and easier to carry for takeaways. I hope someone from Krispy Kreme reads this and considers the feedback in a positive way.
