What a disappointment. After finally deciding to try, having ignored it about 10 occasions before, I should have just stayed away. I recommend everyone do the same. This outlet is a cancer to the name of this establishment, simply because of the infuriatingly shoddy service. Not even a turn of the machine to allow me to scan to pay at this cashless establishment, nor any smiles, warmth, or regard for the customer's experience. Simply disrespectful and, to be blunt, honestly felt rather uneducated.

I purchased during the 'buy 10 free 2' promotion and wanted two separate boxes for easier storage. The staff said it was possible, but I had to pay an extra dollar for separating the donuts as the promotion only comes with a large box. So, I paid an extra dollar for a non-reusable container. I'm unsure if this is Krispy Kreme's policy and will send them an email to check.
