Noyah La Maison is a modern halal-certified Peranakan fusion restaurant located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 (B2-40/40A), operating daily from 8am to 9:30pm. Opened in December 2022 and receiving halal certification in April 2023, the restaurant pushes the boundaries of fusion cuisine by combining elements from East and West, North and South, creating distinctive modern cooking while highlighting rich Peranakan flavors. The chef drew inspiration from his grandmother's old recipe book, putting creative twists on traditional dishes to create what they call "quirky Peranakan" cuisine.
The menu features innovative fusion dishes including Beef Rendang Croissant, Tempeh Cream Pasta, and Baba Nicks Kari Chicken Noodles, alongside traditional favorites like Noyah Laksa (.90) and rice bowls with blue pea rice. Standout items include the Asam Pedas Seafood Rice Bowl (0.90) with prawns, squid, okra, brinjal, and soft boiled egg, plus the Mala Seafood Mee Pok (3.90) combining prawns, mussels and squid in mala butter base. Signature desserts include Buah Keluak Flourless Cake, Bandung Sago Tart, and Cendol Tart (.90 each).
Despite its airport location, Noyah La Maison offers pocket-friendly pricing and has received praise for extraordinary dining experiences with outstanding food, exquisite flavors, and top-notch service in a charming, cozy ambiance. The restaurant successfully makes Peranakan fusion cuisine accessible to Muslim travelers and diners, ensuring that halal-certified innovation doesn't compromise on authenticity or creativity in Singapore's evolving culinary landscape.

The food was actually not bad, with nothing much to pick on. We ordered laksa noodle and Mee pok carbonara, which were quite flavourful dishes. The portions were alright too. The tarts were delicious as well. The side dish of popcorn chicken was quite disappointing, though. For $7.90, we received the above (with some fries and one piece of popcorn already eaten). We were expecting to see much more protein instead of a few chicken pieces that were hard and dry, along with so many fries. Overall, the experience was okay, but we had to manage our expectations regarding the contents of the snack.

Update (11 Aug):
Came and tried the adventurous option, the Mee Pok Carbonara. The sauce was extremely watered down and tasteless. The noodles were overcooked and soggy. The meat slices were also tasteless and did not add much flavour. Don't get this dish.

The beef rendang rice set was pretty good, and very decent with the lunchtime promo.
Service was good considering we were the only table there.

We had a truly exceptional dining experience at this captivating restaurant. Ms. Grace, the service officer, showcased remarkable professionalism, humility, and warmth, setting a stellar standard for excellence. The Curry Chicken was a culinary masterpiece, boasting a rich coconut milk flavor and aroma, while the rice was a delightful surprise with its vibrant butterfly pea colouring, served with pickled vegetables which added a delightful touch. The Mee Siam was outstanding, with a deep umami taste that left a lasting impression. Even on a quiet day, this restaurant is a must-visit destination at Changi Airport, full of potential for a truly unforgettable experience. Well done, and keep up the outstanding work!

I love the food, its my first time to try carbonara with mee pok noodles, its something new for me.
I love the food! It's my first time trying carbonara with mee pok noodles; it's something new for me. I also like the location as well; I can eat without distractions. Plus, all the staff are polite, kind, and accommodating to our needs. P.S. I also love the calamansi juice with the sour plum. Sooo good with a twist! And the burnt cheesecake is to die for. I'll definitely be back to try their laksa next time.

The biggest draw was the Aglio Olio. It was cooked to perfection – the spaghetti was springy, the olive oil was at just the right amount without drowning the whole dish, and the prawns and mushrooms were fresh. Very good and surprisingly good value for the money (only $6.90 with the promo price). It's very hard to beat such quality at this price point, especially for an Italian staple.
The staff who served us were friendly and attentive.
Highly recommended and will patronise again for sure!

Unbelievable price. Not sure if the promo is still ongoing, but I was there on 7 Aug. Both dishes were pretty basic, yet decent. The chilli flakes brought the taste up a notch. Overall, an extremely value-for-money meal. Minus 1 star for atmosphere as there was a fly buzzing around (indoors!) inexplicably.

The food portion is good. The rendang beef is flavourful with a nice accompanied achar in the bowl. The mee pok carbonara is an interesting mix and surprisingly tasty with lots of mushroom slices. The calamansi drink is concentrated and refreshing. I had a satisfying meal, as shown by the last picture.
