I don't know what everyone is talking about, but the food is horrible. The first time I came and ate the mince meat noodles, it was so bad and bland I had to complain. I thought I'd give them another chance, but major regret! It was even worse. I had their signature beef noodle and it was tasteless. It was basically noodles in water and chili oil. So horrible that I didn't even finish half my meal before walking off. Never ever coming back again.

This restaurant serves Halal Chinese food.
We ordered:
Beef Noodle - It was nice but too much to finish. It didn’t look like the photo; the beef in the photo looked like thick slices of steak, but the meat we received was like ham slices.
Cold Dry Noodle - It tasted nice but was again quite a lot to finish. The gravy had a lot of garlic and sesame sauce.
Beef Pancake - I didn’t like this. It was not freshly made, wasn’t crispy, and was a bit cold.

“Perhaps a bit overhyped but decent noodles and good dumplings”

Perhaps a bit overhyped, but the noodles were decent and the dumplings were good. The noodles were slightly overcooked (despite instructions requesting otherwise), and the beef itself was not very flavourful or tender. However, the dumplings were very well done.

Always my first choice when I want to have beef noodles. Happy to see how local F&B simplifies food orders for dining. The selection of main dishes, condiments, and side dishes was fun; it felt like I was in a fast-food restaurant (Big M).. haha..
Will be back again soon to try out other dishes.

Came to this restaurant on a friend's recommendation, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the Lanzhou fried ban mian (bottom middle in the pic). It was flavourful, the noodles were well-cooked and served in a good portion size. Their soup is unique and peppery.
The service was very fast, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Will be back again!

The food is okay, not outstanding. The mala noodles soup is somewhat spicy but still manageable. The beef slices were slightly underwhelming. The tomato broth is quite sweet. The side dishes seem to come from large pre-packaged stocks. Atmosphere-wise, the number announcement system is very loud and irritating; we could barely hear ourselves over the loudspeakers. It's very distracting. Overall, it's just okay, and I probably won't eat here again.

Super underrated.
Store - Easy self-order kiosk with a big digital menu. Staff were alert and helpful. Tables were clean and special.
Food - The broth was clear and hearty. Noodles were fresh, and the portion size made me feel like I was in China. Spring onions and coriander could be added more without extra cost; they are very generous with it, which makes a lot of sense for traditional soup noodles. The beef was tender and soft. The price was also very affordable. Got yummy side dishes to go with the main.
Did I mention it is also Halal.

Kitty and I decided to cycle down to Nuodle 牛一嘴 for dinner after seeing its high rating on Google Reviews. This place is simple and cozy, a typical Chinese restaurant serving a variety of noodles. They have self-service kiosks where you order your food, and then collect it at the counter when your buzzer beeps.
Kitty ordered the signature beef noodle soup, and I went for the tomato soup noodle. We also shared a couple of side dishes—the bamboo shoots and oyster mushrooms. The oyster mushrooms were particularly delicious, with a nice chewy texture and a subtle touch of spice. The soup base for both dishes was flavorful and just the right amount of savory.
The noodles were good, with a nice chewy texture. They offer different noodle thicknesses, from thin to super thick. If you order the extra large size, you can enjoy free-flow soup and noodle refills. However, we stuck to the set with side dishes and drinks because we knew we wouldn't be able to finish the XL size.
The service was decent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was above average. For the price, it was good value. We paid $27.20 for everything we ordered, which only included GST, as there is no table service. If you're craving a hot bowl of noodles, this place is worth checking out.

Love the noodles, especially the fried noodles and the signature beef noodles. You can choose the thickness of the noodles according to your preferences. I chose normal but found it not chewy enough; I'll try the thin next time. The fried noodles were tasty and very filling, definitely worth a try when you are super hungry. The fried Guo tie were a hit among the kids too, and the other side dishes were great as well. Everything is good, except that food takes rather long to be served as they tend to prioritize Grab orders. The ordering system was fuss-free and user-friendly.
