The food was unfortunately just okay. The beef was dry, the soup was only passable, and the chilli wasn't very spicy. The tofu skin was also just okay. I wouldn't recommend the tea egg. The ice lemon tea was very good, though. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed.

Nice noodle shop that is halal. You can order either at the counter or using the computer screens.
Nice halal noodle shop. You can order at the counter or using the computer screens. We tried their mala beef noodles and mee tai mak. Making it a set was quite worth it as you add SGD4.00 for a side and drink. We also tried their hot and sour dumpling soup and the lamb skewers. All the food was rather tasty. The noodles and dumplings were not spicy at all.

I don't know what everyone is talking about, but the food is horrible. The first time I came and ate the mince meat noodles, it was so bad and bland I had to complain. I thought I'd give them another chance, but major regret! It was even worse. I had their signature beef noodle and it was tasteless. It was basically noodles in water and chili oil. So horrible that I didn't even finish half my meal before walking off. Never ever coming back again.

This restaurant serves Halal Chinese food.
We ordered:
Beef Noodle - It was nice but too much to finish. It didn’t look like the photo; the beef in the photo looked like thick slices of steak, but the meat we received was like ham slices.
Cold Dry Noodle - It tasted nice but was again quite a lot to finish. The gravy had a lot of garlic and sesame sauce.
Beef Pancake - I didn’t like this. It was not freshly made, wasn’t crispy, and was a bit cold.

Funny that we ordered beef noodles, but there wasn't a single piece of beef inside. There's no way to contact them because no one answers the call. Lousy service! $10 just for clear soup noodles with no vegetables!

Tried the dry noodles at the staff's recommendation. It was not bad! I would have liked it more if the noodles had a bit more sauce and was tastier. The clear soup that came with it was tasty. However, the milk tea was very sweet and the tea egg was just salty (no taste of the tea).

The food here is very tasty. Pretty addictive. I have been patronizing for 3 weeks in a row.

A word of caution if you're having the popcorn chicken meal set: the spiciness will leave your tongue numb, but it's temporary.

Happy to have found this place through a review on good eating outlets at Compass One. It really tastes like the ones we had in China.
Had the signature beef noodles and sour spicy soup with mushroom chicken dumplings.
The handmade noodles were yummy, the beef was thinly sliced and tender. The soup was also tasty without being overpowering.
Go for non-spicy options if you're not used to spice. We opted for normal spicy and I still found it spicy (that's spicy for someone who usually eats chilli padi).
Ordering and payment are through a kiosk, and it's self-service. It's not a place for get-together meals but certainly good for a soupy meal, especially on a cold day. It's hot now, but we still enjoyed it. Paid $19+ for the two bowls (à la carte meals without drinks).

Came to this restaurant on a friend's recommendation, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the Lanzhou fried ban mian (bottom middle in the pic). It was flavourful, the noodles were well-cooked and served in a good portion size. Their soup is unique and peppery.
The service was very fast, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Will be back again!

The food is okay, not outstanding. The mala noodles soup is somewhat spicy but still manageable. The beef slices were slightly underwhelming. The tomato broth is quite sweet. The side dishes seem to come from large pre-packaged stocks. Atmosphere-wise, the number announcement system is very loud and irritating; we could barely hear ourselves over the loudspeakers. It's very distracting. Overall, it's just okay, and I probably won't eat here again.
