For a quick meal, but the food is really not up to standard. The fried wantons had been left out until they were cool inside. She also forgot to add the char siew to the noodles.

Came here for a quick dinner. Didn't want something too heavy and settled for the noodles. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the chilli and tomato sauce combination worked for me. The fishballs were a bit too soft for my liking, and the soup lacked flavour. Service was okay, but a little slow.

The cashier was robotic and borderline rude, clearly hating her job. The food did not match what was advertised on the menu; I had the wanton mee with chicken. There was a very strange vibe as soon as the cashier took our order. Try at your own risk of ruining your lunch time. The only good thing about this place is the seats in a relatively decent air-conditioned environment. It was a strange experience, and not one staff member seemed happy. Don’t expect much from this place.

I've been working at Singpost for years and am familiar with Encik Tan. I've eaten there at least once a week, and while it's nothing to rave about, it's generally acceptable. My husband had the rice with drumstick set today, and it was a huge disappointment. The meat was hard, fried so badly that it was rock hard. For the price, it's definitely not justifiable. The management should re-examine their staff's SOPs. The food and price are nonsensical. I hope their food quality improves.

The place is generally okay, la. It's air-conditioned hawker food, so you know it's going to be pricier than a regular hawker centre. I only come here for convenience. Five bucks for curry cutlet rice is average, and it's an additional $1 for a drink.

Generally nice fare, often crowded due to the limited seating but quite fast turnaround as people eat and go quickly. I like the chicken cutlet set; it's not fantastic but decent enough. The noodles queue is deceptively short, but it's one queue to pay and another to wait for food preparation. This can result in a quite long wait compared to the rice sets.

Crispy chicken cutlet rice with curry sauce – a delicious and great-value meal in the mall. The elderly aunty serving it may move slowly, but she is extremely polite and attentive to customers.

A hawker-styled restaurant in a mall. There is a place for dining in or simply takeout. Most of the clients appear to be patrons from the offices nearby. Staff were courteous and efficient. The food was yummy, but not at all spicy even after emphasizing that I wanted it very, very spicy.
