I found PastaMania a bit costlier for western food. The quantity was very less compared to the price. However, the taste of the garlic bread was quite good. The pasta was customised and didn’t taste as it should have. I would give 2/5 for the pasta and 4/5 to the garlic bread. The service was okayish, and they took a significant amount of time to serve the food. I hope they improve on the taste and service.

Good for a quick and affordable fix, much like Saizeriya. However, I'm giving one star due to hygiene and service issues. Hygiene: A small baby cockroach climbed onto my leg. The broccoli also had a weird smell (luckily, it wasn't spoiled). Service: It was slow and slipshod. The garlic bread arrived, but the soup didn't come until we asked the service staff. Initially, the staff claimed we hadn't ordered the soup and had to check. Additionally, my pasta arrived without the broccoli I had added, so they had to send it back to the kitchen.

I personally had the baked rice, but it honestly didn't really taste like baked rice; it was more of a mush of sorts. It was like porridge soaked in gravy. However, I did come right before closing, so I understand about the quality of food, but it shouldn't be to this extent, I would say. I also had the indigo lemonade soda, which didn't have soda or lemonade. It was honestly too sweet, but maybe others would like it, so I don't really mind that. Anyway, the service was alright though. I would like to thank them for letting us sit through till the end even though they were about to close.

[Poor hygiene alert!] My visit was on 12 July 2025, Saturday, around 8+ to 9+ pm. First of all, I have to commend the young man in black (wearing a cap and mask) and the auntie in grey (with a ponytail) serving our table. They were very kind and had good attitudes , so this post is not about them. However, a few of us had an upset stomach last night and this morning (current time: 13 July 2025, 10 am). What bothered me was what was going on in the kitchen (you may check your CCTV in the kitchen). I would say most of the kitchen crew had NO GLOVES ON. I noticed one of the men in glasses; he had his mask down, was not wearing gloves, and was SCRATCHING his neck, body, armpits, face, and hair with his BARE HANDS. I thought it was alright as long as he washed his hands and wore gloves before touching any food. But no, after scratching, he used his bare hands to grab some mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it on a pizza before heating it up. This happened multiple times within a short span of a few minutes. I'm not trying to get him in trouble, but this is just feedback: please enforce gloves-on for your staff when preparing food.

Kit is very helpful and patience with the customers with having trouble checking out with the paymen

Kit is very helpful and patient with customers who are having trouble checking out with payments. Overall, this place is good for friends/family dining, and the price is in an affordable range. A perk is that there are a lot of tables, so you don't have to worry about long waiting hours.

Came here with my helper and newborn, so we needed a halal place that wasn't too crowded. Haven't had Pastamania for a while, so pasta it is. The food is decent. Enjoyed the truffle pizza the most. The set meals with the sides are good value for money. Service was good!

Great promotion deal for Ramadan period, buddy bundle deal of 2 pasta comes with 2 sides and 2 drink

Great promotion deal for the Ramadan period. The buddy bundle deal of 2 pastas comes with 2 sides and 2 drinks, which is pretty worth it as you can choose the higher-priced pastas too. The Carbonara is not bad, however, I would prefer it to be slightly more watery; the carbonara here is thick and sticky. The beef meatballs pasta is nice, with the right amount of tomato taste, good for all ages. The chicken fillet side dish is amazingly quite nice. Usually, I don't like chicken tenders or fillet kinds, however, this chicken fillet tastes more like a combination of tender and chicken nugget. The garlic bread is also nice, crispy, and the taste of garlic and butter is just right. The drinks are also refreshing. The counter staff aunty was also friendly and took the time to slowly promote the bundle deal to us, even explaining why it was more worth it.
