MOS Burger has distinguished itself in Singapore's competitive burger landscape by introducing Japanese precision and innovation to the humble hamburger, creating a unique fast-food experience that prioritizes quality over speed. Since establishing its first Singapore outlet at Isetan Orchard Road in 1993, MOS Burger has grown to become the premium burger choice for discerning diners seeking alternatives to traditional fast food.
The menu showcases distinctly Japanese approaches to burger crafting, featuring revolutionary rice bun burgers that replace conventional bread with pressed rice patties, teriyaki-glazed creations that highlight umami-rich flavors, and premium Wagyu series burgers that elevate fast food to gourmet status. Each burger is prepared fresh upon order, ensuring optimal flavor and texture that mass-production methods cannot achieve.
MOS Burger's commitment to pork-free ingredients, while not halal-certified, demonstrates respect for Singapore's diverse dietary requirements. The extensive network of outlets across major shopping centers like VivoCity, Jewel Changi Airport, and neighborhood locations ensures accessibility without compromising quality. Whether you're exploring the innovative rice burger concept, savoring teriyaki chicken perfection, or indulging in premium Wagyu beef, MOS Burger delivers a distinctly Japanese fast-food experience that challenges conventional burger expectations while maintaining the convenience modern diners demand.

The food is okay, quite average. The double beef is disappointing; there's still too little beef. I would have liked more beef for what I paid.

Speechless... is this a meal or a sample size? And as expected, the management will probably reply with a standard 'Thank you for your feedback,' but nothing will actually improve.

I usually love going to Pepper Lunch, but seeing the portion, I wonder if it's really worth $8. You might as well not give any meat. I'm adding an additional star because the service was not bad.

Non-existent meat portion. Luckily, I got the salmon hotplate. My family got the meat one and it was bad - only 5 to 6 small, shrivelled strands of meat.

Service was fast, but the staff was inflexible with a special request. I ordered the steak bites and requested no mashed potato or corn, and also not to have the whole bowl of rice. I only asked for them to add more cabbage for me. I was utterly disappointed that the extra cabbage they added was so miserable. When I went back to say I asked for more cabbage, she replied, 'Yes, 30g already...' Gosh! What is 30 grams of cabbage???? We all know cabbage is so cheap. All I asked for was more cabbage to replace my rice, corn, and mashed potato. I'm missing the Vivo branch and hope they reopen soon after renovation.

Pepper Lunch Express is a food stall located in Cook House by Koufu. This place is a food stall, not a full restaurant, which is good because the lines normally don't last 30 minutes. The food itself was nice; I had the chicken pepper rice with a cheese add-on and miso soup. The soup was normal, and the rice was quite nice. Staff was good as always. Overall, if you want Pepper Lunch but the Compass One outlet has a huge queue, just go to this express outlet.
