Jurong Point branch. Very bad customer service with rude behaviour. I ordered a big cake and a rectangular block cake. During collection, I needed 13 candles for each cake. However, the lady there said they can't give candles for small cakes, only for larger ones. I was appalled by her reply, as a block cake definitely needs birthday candles. Then why run a bakery shop? Put up a sign saying you don't give candles. Such a petty attitude from the outlet staff.

Granted, they were not freshly baked on-the-spot, but a little bit of air fryer magic at home definitely made them a lot tastier. The puff pastry was quite fragrant, but the portion of curry inside was quite lacking. Overall, a decent snack, but I wouldn’t really repurchase.

Additionally, when I inquired about offers while making payments with vouchers, she threw the leaflet on the table. When questioned about the small wording, the response was to ask the company, prompting me to bring this matter to your attention. Don't give us the copy-paste template. We are sorry for your experience. Please give us a chance to improve and serve you better the next time. Disappointed.

Today, July 14th at 4:15pm, I bought three chicken pies for $7.30. Unfortunately, three of them already had a sour taste and smelled horrible, like expired puffs. This is the last time I will buy from here. It felt like a total scam and I felt cheated out of my money.
