I went down to collect my pre-ordered cakes and called out to the staff as no one was at the counter. However, the staff member (Aisyah) turned around, glared at me, and continued with her own tasks. Terrible customer service.

Staff should practice basic customer service. Instead of asking your customer 'what?', you can politely ask, 'Can you please repeat your order?'. The guy at the cashier is always pleasant and nice.

Ms Jeremiah went above and beyond by making the sugar roll for me on the spot, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, her colleague was quite rude, spoke to me in an unfriendly tone, and even chided Ms Jeremiah for going the extra mile. It is a pity that today was Ms Jeremiah's last day, as her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.

Enjoyed the strawberry shortcake - the soft sponge cake with cream that wasn’t too sweet. We usually end up scraping away the cream in usual ones that are too sweet. The size of everything else was smaller, but we gladly paid as this is less sweet and nicer to eat
