Power Rojak Bandung has established itself as a legendary Muslim-owned rojak stall at Ayer Rajah Food Centre, earning multiple consecutive Makansutra awards over two decades while evolving into a second-generation family business operated by Firdaus Bhai and his sisters. This innovative establishment has revolutionized traditional rojak by creating a unique fusion that combines Chinese mixed fruits and fried fritters with their signature additions of bee hoon and spinach, creating a distinctive dish that stands apart from typical Indian rojak preparations.

The menu features their acclaimed Rojak Bandung Sotong at $6 with generous cuttlefish cuts, beansprouts, kangkong, and bee hoon tossed in addictive gravy, alongside their signature Rojak Petis Power at $7 featuring traditional rojak ingredients enhanced with their special dressing and century egg slices. Operating Tuesday through Sunday from approximately 12:15 PM to 7:45 PM with prices starting at $2.50, they offer exceptional value with options to add century eggs and extra sauce.

What distinguishes Power Rojak Bandung is their successful innovation within traditional rojak preparation, creating a unique hybrid that honors both Chinese and Indonesian influences while maintaining halal certification that ensures accessibility for Muslim diners. Their location at the West Coast industrial area serves the substantial workforce while their award-winning reputation attracts food enthusiasts from across Singapore seeking their distinctive rojak interpretation that has redefined expectations for this beloved local dish.

The worst rojak Bandung I've ever tasted. It's not the original taste, far too sweet. The sellers were not friendly at all. Such a disappointment! What you see on social media can never be trusted!

As the name suggests, yes the food is POWERFUL. Very consistent in taste. From their Bubur Kampung (Kampung Porridge) to their Yu Tiao Rojak, it's lips-licking good. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly, the rojak bandung is similar to Malacca Chinese style (halal). The kangkung is a must in this type of rojak. It would be great if it were slightly less sweet and more spicy. 6/5 stars!

This stall sells an unusual combination of items: fruit/veggie rojak (Malay style instead of the carb-heavy Indian version) and porridge. The $6 rojak was filling enough for dinner, fresh, and healthy (lots of dietary fiber), with a spicy and sour dark sauce and a dose of crushed groundnuts. You can choose between cuttlefish and chicken meat for the protein. FYI, the "Bandung" name seems to have nothing to do with the city of Bandung in Indonesia.
