I visited this Thai place on March 25, 2025, at around 9 PM. The food (Tom Yum and Spicy chicken) was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. If you’re looking for authentic, tasty Thai cuisine, this place definitely delivers on that front. However, the service could be much better. The waitress seemed disinterested and disengaged, offering no recommendations or conversation. It felt like she didn’t enjoy her work and didn’t really care about the customers. It was a disappointing contrast to the quality of the food. With better service, the overall experience could have been so much more enjoyable.

The restaurant manager was rude and unfriendly to us. This incident at Sanook Kitchen Parkway Parade happened on 31 May, around 10:50 am. We were browsing Sanook’s signboards along the corridor while the manager was setting up for opening and taking photos of her setup. Our two-year-old child touched and shifted one of the signboards slightly, which the manager noticed. She came over, seemed unhappy about it, and brusquely told my wife, 'Excuse me,' to move aside while she adjusted the signboard—very slightly.

Sanook Kitchen at Parkway Parade was our dinner destination for 6 people. The restaurant was three-quarters empty when we stepped in at 8pm. We ordered an array of food: chicken wings, fried fish, kailan vegetables, omelette, tomyam soup, dried tofu, sambal sotong, etc. The taste of the food, to me, was pretty mediocre. This place, I think, is a halal restaurant; there's no pork on the menu, even though it's a Thai-themed restaurant. The chicken wings were alright, but other than that, nothing was great. The price was okay too, not extremely costly, but the servings could be a bit small. Service was not great, but it'll do if you just want to eat and leave. The ambience of this place is not bad. Truth be told, if you are looking for authentic Thai food, you shouldn't visit. But if you are looking for a halal or simple Thai-related meal, this is alright. For me, I don't think I will eat here given a choice.

The worst place to dine at. Do not eat here. I have never been to such a pathetic restaurant before. I ordered the seafood clear Tom Yum soup, and it was served with only three prawns and a few mushrooms, looking unappetizing. I ordered my food at 6:58 pm and it was served at 7:27 pm. It was just a waste of time and money.

Ordered the olive fried rice with chicken, honey chicken rice, and the green seafood curry. My first time eating olive rice with such a light flavour, compared to the stronger olive taste offered by other eateries. Surprisingly, it was quite palatable when paired with the green curry. The only prawn found in the green seafood curry was fresh. The honey chicken was a tad too sweet for me. Service was fast and the staff were attentive.

The dine-in experience was beyond expectations, especially with staff member Wanie. She recommended the Beef with Veggies. The flavours are perfectly balanced; I could eat this all day. The prawn cake was also delicious. Will come again when I visit Singapore!

The space is nice and comfortable. The service was very attentive and friendly. Thankful to the female staff on duty. The food was actually very nice. The beef kway teow had wok hei and was tasty. The portion was generous and pricing was reasonable for the service and atmosphere. They even offered free popcorn for diners. It was all great, but I felt really thirsty after the meal, so that's not too good a feeling.
