We had the seafood marinara and Bolognese pasta. Both seemed and felt like they were microwaved. For the price we paid, it wasn't quite worth the value. The place was warm due to the sun and the glass ceiling. You might consider installing a canopy to block out some UV rays.

The menu offers a diverse selection of Asian and Western dishes, and the portions are quite generous. The lamb shank is normal, quite a big portion. The meat is tender and surprisingly served quickly. The chicken parmigiana is average, using chicken thighs that aren’t ideal for this dish, but the tomato and cheese combination is fine. The spaghetti with tomato sauce and chicken meatballs is presented nicely and tastes quite good. The pasta aglio olio came last, with a seafood seasoning that was a bit too salty, but otherwise it was decent. The ordering system using QR codes isn’t very smooth and doesn’t load properly. This could be improved. Overall, it’s a good place for a normal, average meal. However, the cake seems to be quite popular at Secret Recipe.

Was there for lunch on 26 Feb. As the cushion bench had some food stains, I used wet tissue and some tissue papers to clean it before I sat, and left the small pile of wet tissue/tissue papers at the outer corner of table 3. There were a total of 4 people who came to serve us, but they totally 'didn't see' the obvious pile of trash on our table. When we left two hours later, it was still there. All the servers were not attentive or detail-oriented enough to serve. For example, I ordered the set lunch plus an additional slice of banana chocolate cake. The waitress came to serve me the cake before everything else. I had to tell her to serve it after my meal. My friend also ordered the same cake, but his cake never came even after our plates were cleared. We had to wave at a senior waiter to get our cake. Clearing of plates also wasn't 'automatic'. The servers just stood around like they didn't know what to do. We had to wave at them to come clear our table after we finished eating. The management needs to train the staff to be more attentive and pro-active. Food-wise, we enjoyed our meals, except the coffee which was instant Ipoh white coffee. I wish they served proper black coffee. Food okay, service needs improvement.

Loved eating here! It was a childhood treat to come to Secret Recipe for celebrations. And it was our very first time dining out as adults now with our own wallets, what a special & memorable experience it was! The food was still the exact same childhood memories of the signature Irish lamb stew (which was very reasonably priced). Delicious, tender, and rich in flavour. The grilled chicken chop with mushroom sauce served with rice and salad was lovely as well. The food was done excellently well for such a tiny kitchen space in the middle of the mall, but there was plenty of dining space. We were really impressed! We even ordered the white chocolate macadamia cake and a Coke float because we couldn't resist. Yum yum and very satisfying. Definitely will be back for more to try the chicken Cornish pastries, which looked huge and delicious!

We celebrated our friend's birthday here, and the service and ambiance were perfect. We called earlier to ask a few questions and were so satisfied with the help we received. Shoutout to the outlet manager, Syira or Syahirah (sorry, I hope one is correct), for your exemplary and great service. The food was served on time, and the cake cutting went smoothly. We'll be back for more celebrations.

This cafe serves great pastries and cakes at a promotional price of $10 for a set tea menu on weekdays. The signature dark chocolate banana and white chocolate macadamia cakes are my favourite choices. There are also savoury, tasty pies to suit one's cravings. A nice place to chill with friends after shopping around Plaza Singapura.

My spouse and I just wanted to sip coffee while shopping, but we didn't realize there would be such a wide selection. It's great to have so many options! By the way, the lunch menu is also very good. The system of ordering via QR code and paying by card or cash is convenient. The coffee was very tasty. Now, every time we go shopping in Plaza Singapura, we will drink coffee here.
