The service was atrocious. The staff seemed half-hearted and uninterested when my family arrived. It was just the worst experience. We ended up not eating here because it was such a turnoff. We ate at other nearby places instead.

Was there today during lunch period and could not place an order due to staff claiming 'kitchen jam' with an estimated waiting time of 30 minutes. Yes, I had the choice to wait or not, but there was no signage stating the waiting time. I queued and wasted my time before being told about their 'kitchen jam'. I saw a number of customers waiting outside for their takeaways. Perhaps this needs to be improved, especially during lunch periods when crowds set in.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered via QR code. The system is all over the place. You need to make payment immediately. There's no Apple Pay or Samsung Pay option, and no cash option. You have to enter your card details manually. Then, there's no record of what you ordered. The chicken for the chicken rice was cold. Customer service is poor. It was their mistake, and they wanted me to pay more. No wonder it's empty. Stay away at all costs.

The worst and most disappointing experience ever. I ordered using the QR code, and there was no proper indication whether my noodles were the soupy or dry kind. The staff were inattentive and unfriendly. I will not be recommending this place to anyone! My first order was not what I imagined. I ordered a second one, and again it was wrong and not to my liking. If you really must eat here, please order at the counter. The picture showed deep-fried crispy bee hoon, but there was nothing deep-fried or crispy about it.

Love this place for lunch. The Kampong fried rice is amazing. However, I only get drinks when the Malay Kakak is working. My teh ice was made by someone else on a day she wasn’t working, and it was so bad. I went up to the counter to ask for a change – their comprehension skills were poor.

Tang Tea House at Marina Square is a bonus! It has cozy seating and is kid-friendly. Well, you do have to 'self-service', and that's okay! It's one of the best Chinese rojak I've had, with crispy youtiao and not overly sweet. Thanks, Tang Tea! We don't have to go so far for you anymore!

The food is great, but there should be some form of queue management system for tables.

A new eatery located in Marina Square, I tried the signature deep-fried crispy noodles and it turned out to be a warm and hearty meal! There was a decent variety of ingredients and flavor, served in a metal wok bowl. Service and ambience were generally okay. Currently, they have a Grab discount, so it's quite reasonably priced for its location.

Didn't know they opened another outlet in Marina. And I don't know why, but the food here tastes better! Really love the cosy vibes of New Tang Tea! Nice and friendly staff. Finally, a good, comfy meal that can be found in the mall! And it's wheelchair accessible too, which is easier for my mum!
