Staff were not helpful when inquiring about the menus and promotions. It also felt like an offense to ask for condiments, as a staff member angrily pushed aside the package blocking the pepper tray and walked away.

Horrible experience! Never come, it was a nightmare. Both staff members were very reluctant to serve. We waited almost half an hour for drinks and ready-to-serve cake. We followed up a few times for our breakfast order, which eventually came 40 minutes later, and the food was burnt!

The staff seemed reluctant to serve. I said hello and politely asked about cup sizes, but she didn't reply to any of my questions. There was no mention of the total bill; I just waited for me to tap. She literally slid my coffee order across the counter.

It's nice that they are open 24/7, even on public holidays. However, even with no customers, my order was forgotten immediately after it was made! I had to remind them after waiting for 20 minutes. I'm not angry, but it was just a little strange that this could happen with three staff members available.

Came at about 9pm on a Sunday; the vibes were nice and it was less crowded. However, the aircon was so cold, the cakes were hard and dry, and the Swedish berries tea was tasteless (like coloured water).

The female staff is so friendly and nice! I asked her for a drink recommendation, and she replied patiently and recommended accordingly. (Ahahaha! I've been drinking so much Starbucks lately that I'm not sure what to get at Coffee Bean, but I'll be back!)

I'm a big fan of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, so this 4-star review is no surprise. My favorite is the Blackforest Ice Blended, but apparently, it's discontinued! One thing I like about this outlet is that it's perpetually quiet. Greenwich V isn't the most accessible place. The magazines on the rack for browsing are updated and in good condition. It's a great place for lunch, but everything here is calorie-packed!

Pros: - Their caramel macchiato is better than Starbucks. - The ambiance is good for catching up with friends. - Their hazelnut tart is good; the sweetness is just right, and the tart shell tastes like a biscuit. - It is open 24/7. Cons: - Their pizza is soggy. - The Caesar salad lacks dressing. - The tuna mayo sandwich is a bit dry.
