Ordered 2 soups for takeout at 2:06 PM and had to wait 15 minutes. There was only one order before me, but they kept serving others after me, especially dine-in customers. This was supposed to be a quick grab-and-go meal, and other outlets are never this slow, even when crowded. So disappointing.

The service is extremely poor. It's as if they don't need your business. If you manage to get a courteous reply from them, you are lucky.

The half-half soup was kid-sized. There was no value for money. Additionally, they no longer have sugar-free drinks. Disappointing.

As a Soup Spoon customer over the past few years, it's a bit shocking to see the portion transformation. I just ordered the Caesar salad and it's 1/3 the amount it used to be... never saw the price change though.

The soup was pretty good, and the set meal was quite worth it. Although it's just "soup," it was still quite filling if you order the set. Lunchtime was chaotic, though. The queues weren't managed properly, and we had to order through the kiosk, which wasn't exactly user-friendly, causing many people difficulty operating it.

In the food garden, the chicken and mushroom ragout was delicious and came with a small wholemeal bun. It's definitely a healthy option if you want a light meal, although I found myself getting hungry after 2 hours.

Easy to navigate the order system via terminal. Good set options. The worry is finding seats in this food court, which has many other stalls.
