Had the bee hoon with chicken katsu on 10th Sep 2025 for lunch. During dinner time, my stomach felt weird and I lacked appetite. Shortly after, I experienced diarrhoea, vomiting, and stomach churning and clenching. I recall the bee hoon was cold, not warm. Never again.

Very pricey, the Mee Hoon portion is SO LITTLE and the fried items are all expensive. NOT WORTH BUYING. They charge higher solely for the Mee Hoon.

I always love their beef puffs, and I just got some today. However, I realized their size has become smaller than what I used to buy. It's so sad if this is the case; I will revert to OCK puff the next time.

We ordered Deliveroo for 2 sharing platters and 5 snacks. After waiting for 40 minutes, they only gave the 5 snacks to the rider, who didn't realize it. The rider went back to check, and it turns out they hadn't prepared the platters at all! Very bad service.

Literally yesterday was my first time trying Tip Top. A colleague gave me a puff, saying it was nice. After trying it, I found myself looking up Tip Top on Google! I learned they have a new outlet at Compass One, which is nearby! Amazing!!! The Beef Rendang is a must-try. It's less oily and packed with fillings, totally unlike its competitor. Kudos, Tip Top!

Really delicious curry puffs - I tried the chicken curry and beef rendang ones, and both were good. This might be a controversial opinion, but I think these curry puffs are better than Old Chang Kee's! The cheese tofu and fried chicken were also good.
