DISAPPOINTMENT. Note: We were super hungry after cycling from West Coast to East Coast and back, a 42km cycle (with GoCycling bikes). The first bite of the hotplate had eggshells ($10) in it, and the squid was very slimy – I choked on it. The stingray ($15), which we asked about the size and were told was for two people, came on a super small plate (smaller than most places). The sambal kangkong ($8) was the only decent dish, but not as good as previous reviews suggested – expectation versus reality. Verdict: 2/10

Stall 24. Got their Hokkien mee. The portion was substantial. However, I was disappointed. It was just moist with no flavour profile. It seems like other customers go there for their fried rice instead. I will not recommend their Hokkien mee.

If yours is a small order, beware – it might not get filled during peak hours. I ordered one dish of hor fun for myself during dinner time. After 20 minutes, it still wasn’t ready, and the staff wasn’t even apologetic. They seemed to be only focused on larger orders. Meanwhile, my companions had finished their meals. There's no point being hangry about it, I'm just never going to order from this stall again!

The stingray was fresh and the meat tender. Sotong was very good as well, and spicy. The price is rather expensive for seafood BBQ at a hawker centre.

Tried this stall instead of the usual rice and noodle dishes from the other stalls. Ordered sambal stingray, sambal sotong, and kangkong. The food took a bit of time to arrive. However, I noticed they had many orders, which might mean they are good or just slow. The stingray blew my mind. The fish was fresh and moist. Some places may pre-cook their stingray, turning it out dry, but this place cooks theirs fresh, as you can taste the aromatics from the sambal in the flesh. The two young jiejies prep their dishes well, and it shows on the finished product. Will definitely be back.

Came here for dinner. I always order the Indian rojak and ask them to fry it a little longer so that it’s crispy. Had the fish soup; it was quite cheap and the fish pieces were bigger! The atmosphere isn't the best here as it's quite warm and the fan isn't working very effectively. Most shops are closed from 8pm onwards, so plan your trip carefully.
