Really bad customer service. No one was available to process pick-up and delivery. The guy in black, supposedly the manager, seemed uninterested in answering customer queries. If you are swamped with orders, consider turning off your delivery service. The food was just average; you're better off ordering fried rice from Food Republic upstairs. Please take your money elsewhere and support local hawkers instead. Look at my order with the request of 'more chilli'.

Today, I asked for more chilli, but I was given less than the normal amount. How can I enjoy it like that? One scoop of rice and there's no more chilli already. After this feedback, it seems like nothing has changed. This time, I even specified that I wanted more chilli. My receipt didn't contain the text 'more chilli', so when I was collecting my food, I asked again. The man was adamant that he had put more chilli. There was not.

Please do not purchase food from the online website, as it seems to be handled on a low-priority basis. It's better to buy and pay directly at the cashier counter instead.
