Today I wanted to buy food from Wok Hey and encountered a super rude cashier. They kept saying 'Can you wait or not?' quite loudly, even though there's a sign showing the average wait is 30-45 minutes. I had to walk away, not because I couldn't wait, but because of the staff's attitude. Very disappointing attitude from customer-facing staff.

I just visited the Bishan outlet and experienced disappointing service. A staff member was on his phone and appeared unbothered about packing my order. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before he finally packed it and placed it on the counter without any urgency. Another staff was busy cooking, which is fine. This lack of professionalism left a negative impression, and I hope steps will be taken. It's understandable that staff use their phones from time to time, but please ensure work is done first. Keeping customers waiting when the food is ready is really unacceptable. I'm not expecting much, but a basic task like packing one box into a plastic bag shouldn't take him a minute. The incident happened on 27/01, around 9:10 pm. Thank you.

I ordered the egg fried rice with prawns. I appreciate the variations of options for toppings to add or remove. The service was efficient and quick. Food: Unfortunately, I'll start with the downside of this dish, which is that I think the rice was slightly undercooked. I felt some grains were hard in the middle. I think I also caught a little bit of unwanted eggshell crunch here and there, haha. Otherwise, it's really tasty. It's seasoned nicely, and the prawns are springy. It would be even better if the above issues were improved upon! Service: It's totally understandable because it was evening, but it would have been nice if the staff I collected from was a little nicer. Either way, I appreciate their work!

Ordered the egg fried rice with grilled chicken from the J8 outlet. The chicken pieces were ridiculously small. Did you train your staff to cut the chicken like that and serve it to customers? It was so unappetising and disappointing. I understand the increase in prices, but that shouldn't come at the expense of the portion size and the unsightliness of the chicken.

Getting lunch for work tomorrow after the SG60 celebration crowd had just made its way back to J8 after the festivities was a bad idea. It was too crowded and far too noisy! However, the service itself was good and pretty fast, no complaints! The food should be tasty as usual!
