Protein selections emphasize quality and variety, featuring tender Grilled Chicken at S.80, traditional Chicken preparations, premium Braised Beef at S.50, and fresh Prawns at S.80, ensuring options that satisfy different preferences and budgets while maintaining consistent preparation standards across all locations.

Popular signature dishes include Egg Fried Rice with Seasoned Prawns that combines perfectly seasoned rice with premium seafood, Fresh Ramen with Seasoned Prawns featuring springy noodles in savory broths, and Fresh Udon with Braised Beef that showcases tender meat preparations with authentic Japanese noodle traditions adapted for local preferences.

The innovative ingredient selections include unique offerings like Brussels sprouts and tobiko that demonstrate Wok Hey commitment to creative cuisine combinations while maintaining authentic Asian flavor profiles. The open kitchen concept creates engaging dining experiences where customers can witness skilled chefs preparing their meals using traditional wok techniques that achieve the distinctive wok hei flavors essential to exceptional stir-fry cuisine. The food wasn't as tasty as last time; the fried rice lacked that wok hei flavour. Although it's self-service, the staff who passed the food to us did so without a smile or greeting.

The fried rice cooked by the staff in the yellow tee today was burnt. I won't be finishing it. This is not okay to consume. The only saving grace is the cashier, who was very nice.

I bought five packs of rice today, but since I had other groceries to carry, I asked the store for a bag to hold them all together. Surprisingly, due to company policy, they refused to provide or sell me one. Instead, they wrapped each pack of rice individually. Not only is this excessive packaging bad for the environment, but it also made it much harder for me to carry all my groceries—especially with five separately wrapped rice packs. A single reusable or recyclable bag would have been a far more practical and eco-friendly solution.

★ They use Japanese Rice, which is great. Ordered: Fried rice with beef, Fried rice without beef. Definitely recommend the one with beef. Ordering online also means less waiting time.

Good option for takeaway! It's easy to eat as everything is in one box, and the ingredients are not bad – they use short-grain rice! You can expect some wait as they fry each order individually, but there's an online app to place your order before collecting. Gave 4 stars (to be accurate, would give 3.5) as there's room for improvement on the flavor of the egg fried rice. I'd like more wok hei taste in the fried rice and slightly more flavor! Update: Tried the Shanghai fried rice based on Wok-hey suggestions! It was fragrant and definitely had slightly more flavor than the egg fried rice. However, I still think my earlier opinion stands. More room for improvement on the wok hei taste and flavor :( Update v2: Tried the fried udon too, per suggestions. This one gets a thumbs up from me and my colleagues!!! The stir-fried udon was fragrant and flavorful!!! The portion is pretty good too. This one I will definitely repurchase.

The go-to standard for fast food like fried rice. Actually, the fried rice is very decent. I prefer this to King of Fried Rice. You can't go wrong. Even though I ordered the most basic option, it was still delicious.

Very tasty fried rice with generous portions of ingredients and a perfect portion for one. I tried the egg fried rice with shrimp; the egg made it so fragrant, and the shrimp were juicy and tender. Alongside that, I got the Shanghai fried rice with grilled chicken, and it was also very delicious with chunks of chicken throughout. Ordered to go, and the takeaway boxes were very convenient and neat to eat from. Would recommend eating here.

I've tried the ramen, udon, and both fried rice dishes. The flavoring is quite similar between them, with the exception of the Shanghai fried rice, which was rather bland for my taste. The queue wasn't that long, only 10-15 minutes for me. The cooks are very fast, but not as fast as me gulping the food down in two minutes flat!
