Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen at Suntec City is a Halal-certified restaurant, offering an accessible option for Muslims who wish to enjoy Japanese ramen in Singapore. However, the dining experience falls short of expectations. The broth leans heavily on salt, a quality that becomes increasingly unbalanced as it cools, diminishing the overall flavor. While the menu is reasonably priced, the quality and execution do not fully align with the cost, leaving the meal feeling less satisfying than anticipated.

The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked for assistance as we were about to place our orders, the staff simply gave us the menu and told us to scan our orders before leaving. We asked how to order as their app was very confusing, and she just said to tick it. We further asked why the food we wanted wasn't available for selection, even though we saw it on their menu outside. She said the promotion was over.
To our dismay, we left the shop and nobody seemed to care.

An average ramen shop located inside Terminal 3 at Singapore's Changi International Airport. Situated next to the food court area in the basement, the ramen is average, and the service is below average. The waitress didn't even offer water when we were seated, and when we asked, we received only one glass for a party of three. If we hadn't been hungry and desperate for some hot food, I would not have eaten here.

Ordered the lunch set 9.9 (11.85 with taxes) for garlic karaage donburi. The karaage chicken was warm but soggy, and I was quite disappointed with the taste. Fast service, 5/5.

I wanted a miso-based and spicy one. The closest match was the spicy miso char siew butter corn. I didn't realize it didn't come with an onsen egg. It tasted too 'jialak' (overpowering/intense). I still prefer Ajisen Ramen.
