Worst looking croissant I have ever ordered. I don't know why it's completely flattened. Took a look at the display cabinet then realised they are all like that. Here on a Sunday morning. Hope they improve this as their coffee is good and most affordable among Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and others on this floor in AMK Hub.

I had an unfortunate experience at the T2 Kenangan Coffee outlet involving one of the staff members, Safia. My family and I queued at the counter to order three drinks (Order No: A409). When it was finally our turn, we were asked about our payment method. After we mentioned we would be paying by card, we were told to place our order at the self-service kiosk instead.
We followed the instruction, but unfortunately, the payment at the kiosk failed. We then had to return to the counter to reorder, and the entire process took around 20 minutes, even though there were no other customers in line at that time. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience for us.
To make matters worse, as we walked away from the counter, Safia gave us an unpleasant glare, which left us feeling quite uncomfortable and disrespected.
I kindly urge your team to educate staff to accommodate customers who have already queued and to maintain professionalism at all times. It would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience. Thank you.

Worst coffee I've ever had in Tampines. The service is also bad. They didn't even want to discuss my coffee, just kept saying 'it is how it is'. The ambiance is poor too, with hard benches and stools. They charge $5 for a coffee – for what? I'm never patronizing this place again.

The staff member named Dian is the definition of rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Every time I pick up my orders, instead of doing her job with basic courtesy, she just points with her finger or waves her hand like I’m beneath her, all while serving me her nasty attitude face. Absolutely zero respect or customer service. Management, are you seriously ignoring all the feedback here, or do you just not care about your reputation? If this is the standard you allow, don’t be surprised when people stop coming altogether.
