Initially, I was excited that there's a 24-hour eatery near my place! To my utter surprise, this place was not as I had expected. Sad...
I was there a few days ago and had my first teh tarik, which was fine by me. I asked for less sugar, and it was made nicely. I observed the menu, drinks, and food, thinking it wasn't too bad as they offer a range of variations.
I went back two days ago only to be utterly disappointed.
My teh tarik with less sugar was sweet, as I saw the guy preparing it added more condensed milk. So, the consistency wasn't there, to my disappointment. And it was a different person making it.
Next, the NETS payment was capped at a $10 minimum purchase. Lucky I had enough cash on me that night. Can you imagine that there isn't any ATM nearby?
My friend and I ordered prata that night. The plain prata itself was salty to begin with. The texture was fine, but the fish curry they served was not very fresh, watery, and not warm at all....
I observed on the second visit that their "economic" noodles and food didn't look fresh. They looked like they had been there for the longest time and were not on the warmer, along with the other displayed food.
The service wasn't that great, seeing some staff lazing about.
On the whole, my second visit was a disappointment. I will not recommend people to eat there, like some said in their comments, only if you are desperate to fill your tummy. The "ready" food is definitely not fresh to be consumed. I saw some chicken hanging on the back rack on both visits and still wondered why they hung them there for, and for how long they had been there. It is honestly scary to see that. You might want to try their fish ball noodles or something similar like laksa.
On the whole, after my second visit, I will not recommend people to dine there. They are slightly pricey, the food tastes are mediocre, the service is not great and slow, and NETS purchases are only above $10 – do note this if you want to dine there.
Don't dine with any expectations there, honestly.

This was our first visit to your restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. The service experience was disappointing:
- All the staff appeared tired and lacked energy, with no engagement with customers.
- We ordered three dishes, but only two were served. After waiting almost 20 minutes, we asked about the missing dish (satays) to confirm if the order had been taken. The service staff simply nodded her head to indicate that the order was taken.
- We waited another 15 minutes and asked again. Only then did the service staff check with the kitchen and realize that the dish had not even been prepared. The restaurant was not even crowded at that time, with only three tables occupied.
We decided to cancel the order. Throughout this experience, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff regarding the mistake.
To improve your business, I strongly suggest training your staff in basic customer service skills — especially in communication, attentiveness, and taking ownership of mistakes. A simple smile would also go a long way, as customers come here to enjoy a meal.

The food was acceptable, but the service from most of the female servers was extremely poor. We had to call them directly, even when they were standing right in front of us, before they would attend to our table. One server, wearing a tudung, behaved unprofessionally by walking with an exaggerated posture while taking orders. This is unacceptable and reflects badly on the establishment. Management should address the conduct of the female servers, as their attitude is disappointing. The only exceptions were the male server, who was very polite, and the table cleaner, who was equally courteous.

My children bought 2 packets of Fried Rice and 2 packets of Fried Maggi. They were happily eating the food when they reached home, until they saw a dead cockroach in the Maggi. They immediately threw all their food out. Never buying from this place again.

As usual, I bought two packs of Keropok Lekor from this shop. I was charged $3 per pack instead of the $2 I paid previously. This 50% price increase is too much. I will never go to this shop again.
