I was queuing to have my order, I saw an old uncle ordered 6 drinks & uncle accidentally spilled one
I was queuing to place my order when I saw an old uncle order six drinks. He accidentally spilled one of his drinks at the counter, and the service staff gave him a frustrated look. I ordered Teh Tarik Halia and asked the service staff for less sugar. When I collected my tea, I asked again if it was less sugar, but he ignored me. Upon drinking it, I found it was very sweet. Some of the empty tables were also unclean, and I saw some flies flying around. While I was sitting and drinking my tea, I observed the service staff using one cloth to clean more than ten tables. This raises hygiene concerns. I visited on 17/6/24 at 17:45 hrs, when it was not crowded.
