We've received multiple free pizzas from this store because their staff seem to become illiterate at night and send whatever random leftover pizza they have instead of what's ordered. Five times now, we order vegetarian, and they send meat. We order veg again, and they send a different meat. And so on... We just request a refund through the app, but next time, just say you don't have it. It's a waste of time, and the pizza tastes like dog shit when it's clearly a leftover one.

Poor customer service. A Malay girl at the counter ignored my presence when I wanted to order food. I ended up using the self-kiosk machine. She saw me, but there was no smile, no greeting, nothing. I stood there blankly after placing my order and had to ask her how many minutes my food would be ready. This is bad. The company needs to send her for a basic customer service course. I won't be visiting this Now Pizza Bukit Panjang Plaza branch anymore.
