My group arrived at Crave at 11:10 am. There were hardly any customers at that time. There seemed to be a lack of system, and the staff didn't seem to care. They allowed orders to accumulate, including those from food deliveries. When they finally started on them, they weren't following the sequence and decided to prepare for deliveries first.
We finally managed to get our food (unfortunately, the fried chicken and cutlet were dry and not tender) at 12 pm, and the number of people waiting for them to start serving was almost restaurant-full. Even the cutleries weren't enough.
The aunties working were polite when serving the food; however, I think management needs to re-examine the system and allow them to stop taking food delivery orders when on-site orders are high.

I recently ordered your Ayam Berempah and Satay Chicken Nasi Lemak sets and wanted to share some feedback.
The Ayam Berempah arrived extremely dark in colour, and the meat near the bones was slightly undercooked, which was concerning. The satay chicken was quite dry, although the peanut sauce was flavourful and enjoyable.
On the sides, the sambal remains a highlight—rich and well-balanced. The ikan bilis and peanuts were crispy and satisfying, and the rice was decent. However, the egg presentation could be improved.
Overall, while the meal had some good elements, the main proteins were disappointing, especially considering the price point. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

I was disappointed by the food. It was not good; we could taste that it was processed. The portion size was stingy, and it was clear that the meat was just ready-made. Even my mom and school can make better nasi lemak for half the price. Nothing was good about the food. I couldn't taste the pandan flavour in the rice, and the ikan bilis was abnormally sharp. The pictures showed a good portion size, but a different result came out in our food boxes. I got the chicken wing set and received very little meat as most of it was bone. The food in the photos was for a total of 14 dollars!

I was standing at the counter to order food when a middle-aged female staff started taking my order. Suddenly, her phone rang. While serving me, she took her phone out of her pocket and, instead of turning it off, she ACTUALLY TOOK THE CALL, walked away, and left me standing there. I couldn't order and was perplexed, not knowing what was happening.
The staff member then continued to use her phone, texting or doing something else, but remained away from the ordering counter.
She didn't appear to be in any emergency. While handling her phone, she was casually drinking and doing other things.
So, I waited a bit until another older staff member came to attend to me. Although she seemed to know what happened, there was no apology, and no one addressed the utterly bad customer service they provided.
This is my first time with Crave Nasi Lemak, and they've forever lost me as a customer.
